Who of these Swedish superstars is Sweden's greatest ever player?
I would say Henrik Larsson since he has achived the most of these players. He's a legend in Scotland and performed well in every club hes been playing for like Feyenoord, Celtic, Barcelona and Man Utd. He has won the SPL several times, won the spanish league twice and the Champions League( he was the guy that won the final against Arsenal with 2 assists after being subed in the last part of the game), He has performed awesome in Swedens NT aswell with being 3rd in WC 94 and scored in all Euro and WC he has played in!
Fantastic player both on and off the pitch!
Ibrahimovic can be the very best ever if he keeps playing like hes doing at the moment!

I would have Larrson in my team every time too. He is proven. Zlaten has been a none performer when it matters at top notch level.

Yeah i agree with you Fanbace. Eventhough Zlatan has an incredible talent he hasent showed it on the big stages as good as Larsson has done but the future belongs to Zlatan

Well I think he is going to always be stuck behind one Cristiano Ronaldo in his quest to become the best in the world.

Yeah that may be true since C.Ronaldo has been outstanding this season and are still in the run for a Champions League title. If Inter would have gone through and gone far in Champions League, i belive Ibra would have a good shot at the worlds best player award.

I understand what you are saying, but in reality as well as Inter has done this season, their position is a false one in terms of how good they are in europe. They came unstuck against the first decent side they met in Valencia. Maybe in the EPL he would have hit the headlines a bit more.

It's small margins in Champions League and the fact is that Inter didn't lose against Valencia they fall on away goals since Valencia managed to score 2 at San Siro.
Yeah i agree, the EPL is better then Seria A at the moment and with Juventus in Seria B the league isn't as tough as it should be.

Yes, Juve will bring some stability to it next season.

Well, I personally thought Thern was world class.

Yeah he was world class but this thread's name is a little bit misjudging i think. I belive he ment who is the best swedish player of these 3(Larsson, Ibrahimovic,Ljungberg)
Otherwise Gunnar Nordahl is the best ever swede in my opinion....
In his eight seasons with AC Milan, he was Serie A's top-scorer five times. Nordahl is AC Milan's all-time top-scorer, with 210 league goals. He is still the second-highest Serie A goalscorer of all time, with 225 goals in 291 matches. Only Silvio Piola has scored more goals in that division, making Nordahl the top goalscorer among non-Italian players. After leaving Milan, Nordahl played for Roma for two seasons. Nordahl still holds the record for the most goals in a season in Italy, with 35 goals 1949-1950.
It's Gunnar Nordahl, Gunnar Gren or Nils Liedholm (did I spell it right?)

Yeah the title doesn't really fit this thread, there should be a lot more candidates. But of the ones mentioned, Larsson no doubt. Zlatan is showing world class in Inter and have many good years left to prove that he can be as good in the nationla team, which he has not.
Club-level=Good
National-team=Forgettable

And I can't believe you're from Malmoe and don't know him...
Yeah but his name isn't Lundberg, it's Ljungberg. I've noticed that englishmen have troubles with writing his name, i've seen it in several other forums.
