I say he is great. Dunno why he spends so much time on the bench.

I think hes good but its a tough challange for him to take a spot in the starting 11 since theirs many awesome footballers in Man Utd.

I don't think he's underrated by most fans. There are always a few that say he was only brought in to get a foothold in the asian market (as if Man Utd needed that lol). He's been excellent recently but I don't think he should be in the team ahead of Giggsy. I mean SAF rotates the squad well. He's come in and done a good job and he'll get more games before the end of the season and maybe dropped for a few games. That's what a rotation policy is all about. He's a class act though.

most fans think of giggs and his glory days. most fans rate giggs as one of the most instrumental players on the team. that's why it's hard to replace him. i think park however is better than giggs based on parks' youth and performance with psv.

But you need to base his talent on current form not what he did for his previous team. I really like Park but Utd have a rotation policy which works well. Giggs and Park are part of this policy. It's good Park has had a good run in the team lately he's shown he adds a lot to it but he'll still have to rotate with Giggs because Ronaldo is guaranteed his place.

As for Park being better than Giggs that's not going to go down well with Utd fans  Giggs has been a great servant for Utd and has won a lot of awards. Park hasn't won any Premierhsip titles or European titles so can't been seen in the same light as Giggs just yet. If he keeps playing well he has a bright future though.

ya that's what i mean... giggs is great and a definite fan favorite no question about that. but he is old also no question about that. this prime is past him i think.

I don't think they should have park sit on the bench when they could get better use from him in the Man U Kitchen's making some wonderful Korean dishes for the player's. (lol) I think his playing time is about right give or take a few minute's.

He's a very good and tactical player, although when competing with Giggs and Ronaldo you can't expect always to be a starter in the team.

I wouldn't say he's really underrated, although if he settles a bit more in the English league/culture he will perform even better and earn himself a starter spot in the future.

I've seen him grow at PSV into a very good player, it took a while but once he understood the dutch game and be able to play his game he was on fire.

He's been at Man United for some time now and you can see his improvement, maybe he's a bit underrated in the English media, although I don't know about that.

Park has very good game vision and ability to change the game upside down. There are many other good players in ManU:s midfield, but Park's recent form really earns place in starting eleven.

The problem in England is their view of Asian players. If you're an Asian you tend to be viewed as only an average player. I've heard this so much since Park moved to Utd. Most people's opinions tended to be he had been bought to make Utd more popular in Asia which is ridiculous as Utd are very popular in Asia already.

I've liked him since his first few performances. His confidence in front of goal was never good in the beginning but he was excellent at holding the ball up and riding challenges. A great person to have in your team if you want to hold onto the ball. Fair enough he has lost the ball when passing but who hasn't. He's a great player!

Park isnt a bad player but he is definetly not on the same level as Giggsy or Ronaldo. He doesnt deserve to be a starter.

he deserves to be ni over fletcher. i dont care what fletchers speciality is in positions but park could outplay him in any. so he should get more playing time. he doesnt deserve to start but he is a health y sub.

Well unless Fletcher was playing on th wing Park wouldn't get the nod ahead of him. Both completely different players. You won't see Park playing in the centre that would be a waste. Fletcher is a very good player but you can't compare the two as they are completely different. It's like comparing Heinze to Saha!!

I was a little surprised Park didn't get on the pitch against Portsmouth. It was a game crying out for someone who could hold the ball up! He'll get plenty of chance to shine in the games we have left but is unlikely to start ahead of Giggs but then he could well be here long after Giggs has hung up his boots so he just has to be patient. Park has the potential to be a Utd Great!

Hmm I dont think he will ever be a great, but hope he proves me wrong!
I think when Giggsy leaves we will have to buy a replacement for him. I dont think Park is ready to start consistently yet. Though Giggs still has a few good years ahead of him so by that time Park may well be ready.
