Best Turkish NT Striker/Offensive Midfielder?

I also posted this in the Group C thread in the Euro 2008 forum but I thought that posting it here would result in better responses.

Alright, so, I was having a little discussion with my friend...who do you think is Turkey's best striker/offensive midfielder. There are many choices to choose from, including Nihat, Gokdeniz, Tuncay, Sukur (although he's past his prime), Fatih Tekke, Necati, Umit Karan, the Altintops, Tumer Metin, Nuri (he's young but he's got a lot of potential), Emre, etc.

What do you guys think?

Well like i said Tuncay is amazing when playing to full potential and Tekke is also a great foward who is able to score in almost every game. I say those two are our best as of now.

I agree with you, but I sometimes feel that Nihat is overlooked in this category. I think he's up there.

Nihat no doubt is great but right now he is not our best foward, he hasnt performed well at all this season

I can agree with that. I want to see how he'll perform in June once he gets back from his injury. We'll have all of our players back...I can't wait.
