Well I am looking through the top goal scores and no where a Croatian to be found. Boskic whinning, Suker so old he is walking on a cane. Any other forwards you have I don't think so. Simic plays for Inter was scored on twice by Kovacevic great work. :) :) :) Thats about all the players I here from Croatia these days, nothin but a bunch of wannabe good players. : ) :)

I've got an idea, how about you act like a "referee". How are we going to get more people to come to this site when you make provocations like this? You're not a referee, you're a joke.

Since according to you my friend its a crime when a Serb posts in a Croatian forum, but when a Croat posts and TAUNTS in the Serbian forum it's fine. I will stop posting here... anyways what is there to talk about in the Croatian forum, but a bunch of old players.

Sure you're entitled to your opinion, but you're only trying to provoke someone.

Let me then give you my opinion, a little reality check if you will.

Croatia didn't qualify for EURO 2000, but this is not the end of the world for them. They just missed out, if they had beaten you guys, they would have won the group, and you would have been third. It's as simple as that.

Perhaps they should have turned out the lights TWICE when they were playing at home, after all it worked for you guys didn't it?

I'll bet that comment made you mad, didn't it? Well hey, don't get mad because this is my opinion.

Yugoslavia has no future in football, Croatia's U21 slapped Yugoslavia 6-2 in Belgrade. That's what you call a beating. Once again, don't get mad, this is my opinion.

I hope you get the point.

Who said it was a crime for a Serb to Post in the Croatian forum? I sure didn't. It's not okay for a Croat to taunt Serbs in their forum either. I didn't say that it was did I? But at least you're admitting that you're only here to cause trouble.

Now that I'm a referee I want to do what I can to prevent this sort of thing. We all want this board to become more popular, after all, we wouldn't post here otherwise. It's not going to get more popular if the referee's of all people are acting like this.

Do you understand what I am saying?

Your post was so funny I had to answer. First off you start talking about Croatia turning of the "lights", whatever that means. If you would of actually watched the game you would of seen our boys dominating the second half with only 10 men. Mijatovic had two 100% chances, Mihajlovic hit the goal post of a another free kick from nearly half the field. If you would of read Croatian newspapers you would found that even they admited "we got out played by Yugoslavia throughout the game especially in the second half with 10 men", there guys weren't "psychologically ready" so they had to blame the coach go figure.
Now you start talking about our team's future I don't know how this topic was started but you are entitled to your opinion even tho it is not VALID.I don't know how you judge teams by their U21 play, seeing that Portugal were the U21 World Champs with the generation of Figo, Rui Costa and others look what they have done for the A team. Our U21 program getting beat by Croatia is true, but just one thing we played with out Stankovic, Ognjenovic and with 10 men. In Zagreb missing Kezman, Stankovic, Ilic, Ivic, Ognjenovic we tied 2-2. We have Stankovic playing in Lazio he is only 21 I don't see any Croats playing at that age for a big club.

Pathetic... Pathetic... I did not even continue reading your post Grobar... I am not from Croatia, not a Serb, non of your business too.. However I realised that you continuously want to start a fight or some kind of an argument on this forum... Sick... I dont know why, but you can't seperate your beliefs and personal problems from any other aspect of your life.. One other thing I hate about your posts is the "Attacking" method you use .. You just simply throw in a false statement, or an accusation which is not right and let the others start defending and saying the truth.. I have seen you doing this on different occasions, and I decided to take the opposite of what you say as the truth, you claim to know everything but in my opinion you know nothing... To hell with soccer if thats all you can think about... I suggest you forget about soccer, its a game that needs morals, love and sportsmanship...

Hope you got the message, infact I couldnt care less...

Last but not least out of respect for Omar and Tariq, and because we (Referees) should be setting examples here for other posters I will refrain from indulging in childish topics like this again..

Dont need a reply, probably will not bother reading it...

I'm a Croatian from Croatia.
I need to react. Gambine, thank you - you seem to watch football and know what's going on. This Grobar guy isn't. He's frustrated with something, obviously.
Both Yugoslavia & Croatia have very talented and good players all over Europe. There are more Yugoslavs playing well at this point but I wouldn't forget word cup'98 that fast and the u-21 thrashing in Belgrade. One more thing Cro and Yugo played twice 0-0 and 2:2 in the past year. Quality of both teams is so similar, way of playing, everything. Why say our football is dead when you know that you could have easily been knocked out like Croatia was. It was a metter of inches when Suker hit the post at 1-0 in Zagreb. Who's football would have been dead?????????
I'll tell you that I wish Yugoslavia does well at the Euro because I realy and honestly respect players like Mihajlovic, Stankovic, Kovacevic, Milosevic, Drulovic because I respect football. Thank you.

Well I was also reffering to how Croatian players have played for their league teams, obviously with Suker signing a deal with West Ham and Boksic complaining about his shirt size, Cro havent done good this year.
