Awesome game for Utd! I was worried about this one as Bolton can play a very solid performance. They are not the best going forward but they can close players down well and make the game tough. Ronaldo has been absolutely awesome! The first goal looked like the ball had gone out of play prior to Ronaldo playing it but I'm not complaining.
Ronaldo has been involved in all three goals and TWO from Park. I'm really happy for Park as he doesn't get many starts. He missed a sitter early in the game and though it was going to be one of those days but he got himself into good positions for the two he scored. Rooney's chip of the goalkeeper was sublime!
Anyway only half time so hopefully we can get a few more in the second half but knowing Utd they'll try and contain the game so we don't concede. When we do that we tend to lose a goal but I can't see us losing three
The only bad news is Neville came of injured early on. Wes Brown is filling in as right back but he's a Centre back so we don't really have anyone to cover long term. O'Shea can play there but with Scholes out to suspension he won't be able to play anywhere other than Midfield. I hope it's not a serious injury with the FA replay and the Israel game coming soon.

Smith just came on for Ronaldo and setup a fourth goal for Rooney :)
Ronaldo was outstanding again and was very close to a goal himself. Shame he couldn't get one for all the work he put in!

Hmmph what a soft penalty!! 4-1 now and it should finish that way. Fergie was furious about the penalty and was arguing with the 4th official for some time. Do they not know this is Old Trafford!!!?? You can't award pens against us here!!!
OMG Ronaldo is totally outstanding, man even if id love to say that Ibrahimovic is the best player at the moment i have to say that Ronaldo is the best at the moment, WOW hes focking unbelivable!

No problems with finishing today.
Maybe the worst was an early chance for CR when he had a shooting chance but delayed by a split second. That fractional delay allowed the challenge that resulted in him snatching and missing the chance.
Ironic really. The guy was superb apart from that. The breakaway goal - the way he brought the ball under control and then, instead of hoofing it clear, played it to Rooney and ran for the return....and then on and timing the pass back to a supporting Rooney to perfection. Brilliant.

Well done Man Utd!!!! the title is becoming more a reality every week, especially if they can keep on performances like this.
Next victim will be Blackburn :D
After all that media talk about Rooney this season not being able to score, he's not doing bad 4th ( I think) position on the top goal scorer table atm, add to that Ronaldo is still above him too.
Plenty of chances/possibilities to grab the treble this season, although let's just make sure we get the first one, before talking about the third
Come on Man UTD !!! keep it up!

Awesome = Ronaldo How we ever spent 2 days debating wheter Ibra might be in the same bracket as Ronaldo is beyond me. He is isn't even close, Ronaldo is way better, Bolton are a tough side and he opened them up like a knife through butter. Rooney's chip was sublime too.

Exactly what I've been thinking this weekend although I've given up arguing about it on that forum. Some people just can't be told!!
As for the title lets not get carried away it's still a long way off. One stumble could cost us big time, a couple of draws could be disasterous so until Chelsea are out of the picture we can't afford to drop any points at all and that is still a big ask. On paper it looks like Utd are cruising towards that title but I've seen plenty of performances this season when we were luck to win games and those performances could cost us if we make them again. So lets just take one game at a time.
I could also point out that Arsenal have a very long unbeaten run a couple of seasons ago. We beat them and they fell apart. Just think of that with the Stamford Bridge game looming ;)
