This just in!!!!! AMAZING!!!

Thanks , but what is that supposed to mean ? I don't know Spanish , But I guess that C.Ronaldo is heading there next year , right?.

yup...it's the press talking (marca). They are a good source in madrid but pretty much says that no rep from neither Ronaldo or Real is comming forward because it would put Ronaldo in a bad situation with Manchester. It says that between talks, C. Ronaldo already made his mind up that he will go to Real.

I heard that he gave a word to Madrid , that he will play for them next year.

 I tamuses me that everyone thinks this will actually happen. There's absolutely no chance! Ronaldo is likely to sign a new Utd contract but even if he doesn't he's on a long term contract. Doesn't matter how much Real offer Man U would never sell we don't need to. We can't replace him so even if we were offered 200 million there would no no point selling. He'll be a Utd player for a long time to come and going to Real would be a step down anyway. He has more chance of winning things with Man U.

Barcelona and Real do this every season. Potential Chairman always throw big names around in order to secure their positions. It's all BS :)

If you're basing this move on something you've read in the media you're showing how brainwashed you really are

I hope you are aware that there is a clause in his contract. That is why Man. Untd wants to make him extend it to fix it. He has the op out option. Believe me Mijatovic was not there last year. He's desperate for a good signing.

well , yesterday , Skysports reported that Man utd refused Ronaldo's request to up his salary and I don't think these are just rumors , however , there are rumors coming from Spain (Marca) state that Ronaldo gave the OK to madrid , who knows , anything could happen.

Hey, have any you heard about C.Ronaldo being a "declared gay" person??

The reason I ask is because I was at a soccer store the other day and the owner said he came out the closet and said he was homosexual. And also a female customer came up to him asking for a C.Ronaldo poster and said "He's too perfect to be straight".

Gay or not gay doesn't really matter...;) as long as he looks great and plays great football...:p

Not true. Probably translation problems again

Sir Alex Ferguson said they will discuss a contract at the end of the season and that the club will not pay silly money in wages but it will be down to negotiation. At no point has any said that his wages will not be increased. Of course they will that's all part of the negotiation process. He'll sign a new contract at the end of the season to secure his services till 2012 after which he can play in Spain if he wishes. As I've already said he still has a contract till 2010 so there's absolutely no chance of any move anywhere till at least 2009.

i read in Marca or AS i think that Sir Alex Ferguson said barca and madrid are just using c. ronaldo as a peon for the elections which are in summer, i don't think that's really true i hope we sign him :D

Gavmundo
03-19-2007, 07:20 PM
He did say that and it is true because it happens every election. You have people fighting for a job and they use players names to try and secure that job. I'm not saying they won't try to sign him, of course they will but their move will fail.

Why do you only believe what's in the best interest for Man U.???? It's all media but you only wanna belive the positives for Man U. He will come to Spain at the end of the season. Well, if he wants to be treated how he deserves atleast. Rooney clashes with him too much.

Gavmundo
03-20-2007, 12:19 AM
Well what worries me is how you believe everything you read in media  Clearly logic suggests that he won't be joining Real Madrid. He has a long term contract and Man U don't want to sell so logically it won't happen or do Real follow different rules from everyone else??

Rooney and Ronaldo are good friends. They had one clash in an international game and by the end of the game it was all forgotten by the players they are professionals so that statement that they are enemies is just stupid

GALACTICO
03-20-2007, 05:16 AM
I didnt say they were enemies........I said they clash, which is a fact. Money means power bud and Real has tons of it. Plus it's a beautiful place to play and live. Sometimes your offered a ridicoulus amount of money that not taking it would be INSANE!!!!!!!!

Er they clashed ONCE in a international game when they were on opposite sides. They way you say it suggests they clash all the time which is rubbish

Man Utd also have a lot of money and we can match whatever wages Real offer. He's reiterated today that he wants to stay at Man U and I'm still sure at the end of the season he'll sign. Little point in arguing about it as no one will know for sure till the end of the season but one thing is sure and that is that he won't be leaving anytime soon.

Probably not baby ! , how many language you speak ? I speak 3 ! hehe ;)

The only important one ;)

Joking aside you misunderstood what I was saying. I didn't mean you had mistranslated anything but when reports are translated by the media sometimes what is said is lost in the translation. The same thing happened recently with a report in the English Media for something Big Phil said to the media in Portugal. It was translated wrong and what was reported in our media was completely different to what he'd actually said.... although I'm sure it was mistranslated on purpose ;)

Gavmundo

I never said he wouldn't leave eventually just not for several years. It was YOU, Galactico, who said he was leaving in the summer! What was it now? Some Real connections said it was 100% guaranteed ;)

GALACTICO
03-23-2007, 02:09 AM
To be honest with you, I dont think he'll leave at the end of the summer but if any club can come up with a miracle is Real. I'll have to check with my sources to see what's going on as of late. Ill let you know a.s.a.p. ;) the last I heard is that 80 million is the least that Man U. would ask for and it's 80 Mill that Real is willing to shell out as of now.

Man U would accept no offer for him. He's irreplaceable ... he's priceless so there is no figure Utd would accept!

there is only one thing that scares me guys and his name is malcom glazer who owns a controlling intrest in man u with him being an american buisness man he might sell for the right price. greedy bastard. but i agree for anyone who owns a club and does not care about profit he is priceless best player in the world this year

Gavmundo
03-23-2007, 05:49 PM
Well the Glasers have already released a statements saying he wouldn't be sold so I can't see them going back on that. I doubt they'd want to lose Fergie either and I can see him walking if they tried

amen to that i can sleep easy now. i didnt know how it would wrok out with an american buying the team especially since he hasnt even been to one game yet. i thought he might follow american sports tradition which is win a championship then sell or let go half your team.

but if what you say is true gavmundo then i might have been wrong about glazer. which i hope i am

Football Is a business let's not forget gentlemen. U man U. fans are talking just like that, FANS. Business men want to make money and if they come accross a huge offer they will take it! Ronaldo to Real sooner than you Man U. fans think.

winning is also part of the business and without any one to replace him i don't see it happening he is too valueble.

GALACTICO
03-24-2007, 07:20 AM
There's plenty talent to replace him! PLENTY! but as time goes on im seeing this transfer more and more not likely. (Just gathering info as the days go on)

onbrick247
03-24-2007, 10:12 PM
there is alot of talent that can plug a hole in the line up but not replace him his impact could only be replaced by the likes of kaka or ronaldinho or some one of that skill any one else would be a downgrade

Dude, This came from the Man U. Camp. Ferguson I believe was quoted saying "If they do sell him it wouldnt be for no less than 80 mil".

Er where did you read those lies? As I said it's media rubbish they report Fergie has said something he has never said. I've seen plenty of interviews (as in on camera) with Fergie and he's always maintained he's not for sale. He's definately never said "IF we sell him...". Just more fantasy being reported. It's not just the Spanish media all the media worldwide do this to sell their product. The media world is like the world of politics. 90% based on lies :)

Anyway we know he's not going anywhere so it's pointless discussing it.
