At first he was a wreck like Kleberson and drove most of the fans crazy after missing close ranged easy goals. Sergen actually had a good point there when he was asked about Bobo, he said; "Well, his name is pretty." The rest was an obvious crap but he improved very much in this season and became one of the most important players for the current 2nd place for Beşiktaş. He is young and improving, he is a total treasure for Beşiktaş right now!

Actually his name is Deivson Rogério da Silva and as nicknamed, Bobô. I don't understand this Portuguese-Brazilian way of naming people. I mean the guys have like 4-5 names and like that's not already enough they give nicknames too! Well, I must at least say that it's better than Kaka which means "poo" or "doody" in Turkish. LOL

I'm calling it a good decision because this opens room for Pektemek and Almeida is clearly the number 1 striker, so there was no need to renew Bobo's contract..it would've been a waste of money.

Besides Bobo has been constantly making money an issue.. every year he's been begging for a raise. Like he will make more money in Europe than he's getting at BJK...
