I hate everything to do with Shakhtar really ; But they're another good Ukrainian club and that's good for Ukrainian football. They're building a big youth academy which is good. They're building that amazing stadium...

Yea, it is. We're getting a few new stadiums in hopes of EURO 2012 ; Dnipropetrovs'k is getting a nice one, L'viv is getting a nice one, Donets'k is getting an outstanding one, and Kyiv will either really renovate one of its existing stadiums, or build a new one (a bill was recently passed by the mayor of Kyiv for construction of a football only stadium).

the only stadium that will be finished this year is the Dnipro stadium. The Shakhtar is gonna be finished by the end of 2008. Lviv stadium wasn't started yet but probably will be ready by arounf 2010. And the Kiev stadium i just do know. They said they are going to do something but still there have been no serious plans revealed.

Tymoshchuk sold to Zenit for 20 million dollars. i think this a shit idea by tymoshchuk. hes srewing up his career. he had offers form fiorentina and wigan but shakhtar denied cause they didnt pay enough. i think that tymoshchuk just totally ended his career right here. too bad... he was a very good talent...

First of all Timoschuk didn't end his carrier by going to Zenith. Zenith not that bad and even better than Dynamo and Shakhtar at this point. Team with so many stars and good players plus not bad coach is only 4th in Russian Primier League its just shows that Russian is more competative. In Ukraine only real games are between DK and Shakhtar. Plus its much more easily to transfer to Europe from Zenith than Shakhtar. Shakhtar always overprising their players. Also if you transfering somewhere you ussually want play in better team or at least just as good as pervious, at this point Wigan and Fiorentina are not better than Shakhtar even if they are European teams.
Once again is all about money he gets paid twice as much as in any average European teams and Shakhtar gets 20 mln the biggest transfer in Eastern European history.

So good luck Tima we will miss you but now you have to play twice as hard.

well first of all did u see zenit anywhere in europe for the past 10 years? i know i didnt. shakhtar on the other hand battled out in the champions league. also he is not going to go anywhere from the zenit unless his first season with them is going to be super incredible and somebody is gonna purchase him. hes 28 right now. these are the ending years of his career. he should see what the football world is like in Italy and England and compare them to ukraine and russia and would see that theres a big difference :lol:
