Last time Greece and Korea played was almost excactly a year ago and that ended 1-1, so any result is possible.
I wouldnt want to lose however, but if Greece somehow do lose, I'd rather it be a meaningless friendly, than say a meaningful competitive match like a World Cup game for example, in front of millions of viewers worldwide.

you know what worries me is the greek defense. it seems like teams with good defense can beat korea. also we have kim san shit as a defender again so you may score some easy goals by focusing on bringing the balls through this guy. i can't understand why this guy is still on korea nt. trust me if the greek coach is reading this they should listen to my advice.

but i hope korea wins with goals from seol and park. don't expect much from our striker JJJ

well i think the korea team is pretty much an A- team at worst. they are only missing Lee DG and Lee CS. i am not going to claim that this is a B team when they lose and blame it on not having A team etc... for all intents I think this is an A team. we'll see how they do.

Who's S. Korea's trainer now ? Last I know it was Pim Verbeek who took it over from Advocaat after the World Cup. A relative unknown coach, but he's been with S.Korea even before Hiddink came and was assistent trainer of both coaches.

Has a great amount of knowledge of the Koreans, but you can't deny his lacking in coaching the team succesfully. I'd say Greece would be slight favourites.

Although you guys did not have as many chances as us you guys scored and therefor Korea desearved the hard fought win :) And as for Greece I hope Greece continues to play like this against Turkey. Greece played a very exciting game but they just couldn't finish. Hopefully our defender Dellas would be ready to play by then becuase our defence seemed somewhat akward without him.

i think the reason Rehhagel wanted to play against South Korea was because they play a similar attacking style like Turkey and, therefore, saw them as a great warmup before the Turkey game.

ya greece had a few great chances.. but one thing that was beneficial the most for korea with this game is that we have a new starting keeper. that guy in net was kim yong dae who replaced the other new goal keep. i think kim yong dae will now definitely start every game.

u know i was worried about the korean team. you may not have been aware of this but the K league was on a long 2 month winter break and lot of the players were not fit.

Also they only had 3 days to train together as a team.

so given this i was worried about how they would do. given that greece players were all fit and in the middle of their seasons i thought honestly it would be a tie.

i think the game was very exciting with good chances by both sides. the score line could have easily been very different if there was better finishing at both ends

It was a tough game. I am happy that South Korea did score. I have a lot of respect for Greece though being that they are Euro champs and that is why the victory for south Koreas makes me so proud
