I have created this section for members to discuss any problems they maybe having with their computer.

Viruses,spyware,malware, anything that is affecting our computer.

Spammers and new members signing up just to advertise in here will be banned and their IP reported.

The moderators are Poutismalakas and Fenerliyim.

Good idea actually! A few forums use tend to have such threads and you'll be surpised how useful it can be even if you don't have a problem! Listening to other peoples problems can certainly help you in the long run!

It's surprising how many people don't do regular spyware checks. Everytime you visit a website you acquire spy or adware and eventually it slows your comp down a lot! Most people will know this but as I say it surprising how many people don't!

You're joking right?

Just in case you're not..... it's information secretly recorded everytime you visit a website. A lot of the time it's like junk mail it sends your history of certain sites to advertising agencies etc more malicious variants try to steal any credit card or banking information used to purchase things. It's dangerous when it is used in conjunction with adware and malware.

So basically if you do a scan everyday or every few days you can removed spyware/adware/malware as it mounts up and eventually slows your computer down considerably. Downloading free packages such as spybot or ad-ware can scan for and remove any you have. doing a search for these programs in a search engine or from download.com should be easy. They are both free and there are plenty of other free programs just be careful because some are just trials and run out after a month or so. I think spybot and
ad-ware SE profressional are the best (a2 (A squared) is also a good malware remover). You may be surprised how much faster your comp runs after removing them (depending on how much you use it to browse the net).

Good idea holicman how about we include teaching members about posting pic & stuff like that. I have seen members who have no idea about posting or resizing their pic!!

Where did u post it? I have never seen that manual before.
It really can come in handy for those users not familair with posting pic.

Yea that's handy! I like how your example has a pic of a semi naked women highlighted! I like those sorts of lessons! :lol:
