yea I heard a bit about him. Apparently his mom is Ukrainian, his dad is from Congo and he was born in Congo :-////.

Russell Bilala born 1990 in Zaporizzya(Ukraine)

Father came from Congo and mother is Ukrainian
so technically he is Ukrainian it's not that bad.
