He was a good player and one of my heros. I wonder what the perception of a lot of Koreans are going to be if he plays for Japan.

well he's playing for k league for sure contract already signed to Suwon Bluewings .

imho J league is lower level than K league even though J league has better marketing and support. A good example of this is how guys like JJJ from Korea are amazing in J league but actually suck compared to their K league compatriots. I don't really want to see our top guys get too cocky in J league. I know that's where Ahn got his name before transfer to europe but i still think it's not good enough for potential nt players to develop their skill
