Another Edinburgh derby, another match where Hibs throw the game away.

The continued misfortune of Hibs Polish goalkeeper, Malkowski, resulted in yet another goal gifted to Hearts, as he has done so previously in derby matches.

The 2-2 draw earlier in the season where he gifted 2 goals to Lithuanian hitman Andrius Velicka, not to mention the poor performance in last years 4-0 drubbing in the Hampden semi-final can be added to his horrendous error which resulted in Edgaras Jankauskas putting Hearts 2-0 ahead.

When will the Hibs board realise that they need to spend some money on getting a new goalkeeper as the Pole has cost Hibs on so many occasions, it's frankly getting ridiculous.

However, the main talking point has to be Dean Shiels laughingly stupid red card.

After drawing Hibs level with a penalty, he immediatly decides that assaulting Britains Number 1 goalie can help their cause even more. It was one of the craziest red cards I've seen in years. What on earth was he thinking?

Hearts 1st goal could (and probably should) have been ruled offside and other than Malkowski's terrible mistake to make it 2-0 for Hearts, there wasn't much in it. In fact, I'm pretty sure that the possesion read Hearts 38% to Hibs 62%. If Shields had stayed on after his goal, I have a feeling Hibs could've nicked it. Perish the thought.

Hibs seem to have a habit of blowing up on the big occasions and you have to wonder how bad some of their players are at handling pressure.

Personally, I'm :D delighted:D at the result and long may it continue but if I was a Hibs fan, I'd be getting thoroughly p*ssed off by now. As much they seem to be enjoying the almost daily farces occuring at Tynecastle, the fact of the matter is, they're still below us in the league and 2 of their best players are demanding to leave.
