Well, the status quo of Scottish Football has returned. Following Aberdeen's defeat at Pittodrie, both halves of the F.O.D (Forces Of Darkness) occupy the top two places.

Now that Rangers are in 2nd, I've little hope anyone else can catch them. I know it's only a point but now that they've got a footing, I can't see them giving it up.

Celtic already have the league title wrapped up, so that 2nd Champions League spot is all that's left to play for, and as said, I reckon Rangers will hold onto it.

It's sad and I'll give it a month until the F.O.D start mouthing about moving to a "bigger" league due to the lack of competition. Personally, the sooner the two of them f*** *ff the better. I'd love to watch them getting horsed off West Ham and Watford every week if they somehow got into the Premiership. And as we all know, that is never going to happen.

And who knows? Maybe if they stopped buying decent players from other clubs and leaving them to rot in the reserves, a better level of competition might be had.

I don't think so, Rangers have looked very inconsistent this year, I think Aberdeen or Hearts can catch them.

And who knows? Maybe if they stopped buying decent players from other clubs and leaving them to rot in the reserves, a better level of competition might be had.

Agreed 100%, this is what pisses me off the most about the SPL........ Riordan, Maloney, Beattie barely get any playing time behind Zurawski, Miller, & Hesselink. Why have them on the team? Of course they don't want any other good players on Aberdeen, Hibs, Kilmarnock.... but it is ridiculous. Riordan was the Young player of the year poised to be a contributor the the Scottish National team.....now he is a benchwarmer on Celtic. This practice ruins the SPL as well as severly hurts the Scottish National Team.
