Which team do you support ??

Even though its our first time in this division, I support Southend United and hope that they can find just enough to keep them in this championship.

Sunderland have had 2 of my favourite Hearts players at the club (Derek "Big Brother to Barry" Ferguson and the one and only John Colquhoun) so I've always had a wee soft spot for them.

Well I'm one of those who can support only ONE team. I have other teams I quite like but I'd never call myself a supporter. I don't see how anyone can support more than one team.

I am fond of Preston (I used to live there) and hope they get promoted. I also hope Leeds are relegated :)

This year? You mean in the last 3 days?? :lol: Because Leeds have been terrible all season and will be lucky to stay up - second from bottom at the mo! Preston are third at the moment having just lost their second spot to Derby. So-so? It's their best season so far!! I hope they managed to grab that second spot as their history in play offs isn't good reading!

The area of Stoke is famous for earthenware and fine china. It gained the name of The Potteries when production was at its peak. Hence, the football team became The Potters.

YEAAA good one Mac ;) I think it's too early for them to go up though. The best they can hope for is the playoffs and they never do well but they have a new manager and despite doing well this season I can see them going straight back down. I'd prefer to see them stay in the championship for another season at least.

The danger of going up and coming straight back down is that you can go the way of Leeds and Man city of a few seasons ago. The players you bought while in the Premiership won't want to stay on. I'm not convinced Nugent would stay even if they were promoted so make a good bit of money out of him and get a few more plahyers in.
