Dou think we need young players on the Albanian team

Hey guys please explain which of the young players that play all over the world should be playing for Albania.:p

Well I think we need new blood but first our Federation has to do a good job to collect the best Albanian players playing around the world. You cant introduce a youngster that plays in Seria C or in Bundesliga 3-4 and expect them to play better than some of our players currently on the team. We have to get players like we did with Berisha. Gjasula Tosku Haliti Fejzullahu Hetemaj etc. All these players need to be taken care of first before we introduce new players in. The more players the more options possible.

Tare is pretty much Done Berisha will take his spot. Bogdani still has his but Kapllani and Salihi are coming fast to put their claims on the spot.

33-34 YO. He is still a classy guy i mean stll if u watch him play there arent too many players that can take the ball from him but his form has gone down and I think it has alot to do with age.

LOL He doesnt have a contract with Albania. He has been asked that question before and he answered he is Albanian therefore he will play for Albania. He has even said that by the end of his career he wants to take Albania to the Euro and World cup. I think he has strong feelings about only one Albanian NT.

Our first Coach that has ever said that before, hm I think that is a good favour for our national team, enough with oldies we need new talent players in the team as well, im not saying to make an all revolution right now but at least to motivate the youngsters and keep an eye on them everytime that will inspire them more to play for big clubs and to follow the steps of an proffesional football player, that is indeed good for both them and the national team, Baric so far seem to be good at here, he took to hamburg and talked with berisha and his coach, his also following other players as well, believe me it is a big help to reach higher succes even for the players them selfes...

He is looking and talking to Albanian talents as far as Australia. Also he is the only coach we had to work so closely with our Talents agencies that even our Federation did not keep close in contact with. He has lists with thousandths of names that he looks over and calls people he knows to check them out and see if they are any good. Its good to be a coach with a very known name and many people that he knows throughout his career. Last I heard he talked to Haliti and is trying to find him a club in Europe because it would take him 10 days to come to Albania from Australia. Its good to finally have a coach that cares, and not doit for the money. Did u know that if he wanted money he would of gotten the job in Rapid Vienna that offered him 3 times the ammount Albania did.

Baric is a good coach i actully like him and i hope he takes us somewhere with this i liked bergel too but i guess he didnt stay.

Yes but our coaches in the superliga are not nearly as qualified and as experienced as Baric. He has alot of friends that makes his job alot easier in the international level such as for scouting players teams etc. He way less than Brigel did and he is more qualified than him. But I do agree with you that we have qualified Albanian coaches that can take the job but id rather have a foreign coach for now because our FA has less influence (less corrupted) on them than the Albanian coaches.

i very much agree with korcari right now it's better to have a coach from another nation
