Turkey vs. Hungary and Moldova

These games are coming up in 2-3 weeks and it is time we have a thread for them.

I believe we can beat both these team easily and we should do so with no problem. But I dont have faith in Fatih Terim selection of the starting 11.

Hakan Sukur is 36 and has scored 1 goal in about 5 months and clearly cant do his job anymore. But Terim is consistent on keeping him when we have many fowards that are 10 times better than him for ex. Halil Altintop, F.Tekke, Nihat, Ersen Martin.

Also our left back is a problem. F.Terim had picked Ergun to play that spot even though he hasnt even started consistently for his team Galatasaray in the past 2 years. But thank god he got injured during the game and will most likely miss these matches.

Our midfield will also be missing Yildiray due to injury but we will have enough coverage.

Moldova shouldnt give you any problems at all since it will be played in Turkey but when you go to Moldova they are very challenging there. Watch out for them. By the 11th I hope to see Turkey in first spot with Bosnia right behind them in second spot with 7 points. Cheers!

^^ Its played in Germany we will serve our 2nd home game ban during this game. I believe we can beat them though. We missed too many chances during the hungary game we have to be able to make those in.

I still think Turkey will win 1-0 or draw them 1-1. But most likely we will see a win.

It was a crappy game to watch with two two teams underperforming. Hungary looked weaker than Malta to me.

Türkiye will need to step up several levels if they want to beat countries like Norway and Greece.

We are using the same players against Moldova. The only difference is that sabri and hamit are changing positions.

This was a great match and the margin could have been higher. Our team played amazing today. Running up and down the field something we usually never do. we didnt stop after the 3rd goal either we kept pushing. I havent seen a high scoring game in so long this was good. Too bad greece didnt lose though would be nice to have a 3 point margin between us.
