Inter Milan make final Adriano swap bid for Ronaldo

Inter Milan will make a final bid today to land Real Madrid striker Ronaldo in a swap for Adriano.

Julio Baptista's expected move to Arsenal frees up a non-EU slot for Real to take Adriano, who is being offered as part of a loan swap by Inter patron Massimo Moratti.

Moratti is seeking to strike a deal which will see Ronaldo exchanged for Adriano on-loan for this season, with both clubs having the option to buy next June.

Real coach Fabio Capello would welcome Adriano's signing, while the player has made it no secret that he'd love to play for the Madrid giants.

Ronaldo has continued his rehab from knee surgery this week at Real's training HQ in Valdebebas. He spoke with Capello yesterday about his recovery, though it's understood Inter's renewed interest was not mentioned in the conversation.

well they there was a report on fox sports world that the reyes deal is essential tothe Ronaldo-Adriano deal because it would free up the last non-euro place for Adriano. They also said Helguera was could be swiched with Roberto Ayala. A huge upgrade.
