Weirdest telemarketing call ???

I had a weird one today............A bloke from India called up selling Fire extinguishers !

My first thought was "is this a subliminal message for us to look out" ??

Another weird one I had was early on a saturday morning a few years ago.

I recieved a call from a bright and bubbly lady.

"Good morning its (blah blah) from Organ Donor Australia......just wondering if you would like to donate any organs " ??? :huh:



What experiences with Telemarketers have you had.

This is not to slag off the profession, its more to find out what sort of dodgy or strange products and services have been attempted via phone sales.

You should have played along. You should have said that you want to donate your left testicle or right lung or something just to see what their response was. :lol:

I'm not sure if it was a telemarketer, but a few years ago I answered and a female voice said, "I'm gonna suck you dry."
I assume it was a wrong number, but it would have been fun to see her face when she realised I wasn't who she thought I was. :lol:

i haD A REALLY DUMB ONE ONE TIME A NEWSPAPER TELEMARKETER CALLED ME AND HE STARTED EXPLAINING ABOUT WHAT HE SOLD AND I HUNG UP ON HIM AND HE KEPT CLLING BACK AND SCREAMING AT ME FOR HANGING UP ON HIM.,.........EVERYU TIME HE CALLED BACK I HUNG UP.
