Our first match is against Belarus away (September 2nd). We never met them before. According to the Fifa rankings we are the better team, but they have advantage playing at home.
Hope we get a positive result there.:)

i know only a few players of them like Hleb and Kutuzov I´v seen them only a few time, But Belarus seem a good and compac team who doesnt give up that easy..
However I think we can win away and at home if we get it right. we only need to focus more on this, because Belarus can be dangerous, plus the fact that they play at home, I think our attack create so much but score very little they miss 100% chances it makes me mad.:boo: But i think if Berisha, Samirasi are there will we not miss that much of good chances :nono:

they seem to not have so many players abroad, That may be some sort of plus for us, but then again the quality of their native league is un-known so they might be of a suprise...
Hleb is dangerous and so is Kutuzov...if we manage too break down their threating attacks we might end up with atleast a draw, and why not hopefully a win. To do this Berisha has to be included IMO

Kornilenko suspension
The experienced Sergei Gurenko of FC Lokomotiv Moskva and Andrei Lavrik of FC Amkar Perm were both omitted from the squad again and Puntus' principal concern going into the opener against Albania appears to be how to replace the suspended FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk striker Sergei Kornilenko.
The Belarus squad
Goalkeepers: Yuri Zhevnov (FC Moskva), Vasili Khomutovski (FC Tom Tomsk)
Defenders: Sergei Omelyanchuk (FC Shinnik Yaroslavl), Sergei Shtanyuk (FC Luch-Energia Vladivostok), Dmitri Lentsevich (FC Torpedo Moskva), Aleksandr Yurevich (FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk), Aleksandr Shagoiko (FC Gomel), Aleksei Pankovets (FC Gomel), Dmitri Molosh (FC BATE Borisov)
Midfielders: Timofei Kalachev (FC Rostov), Vladimir Korytko (FC Terek Chechenskaya Respublika), Aleksandr Kulchy (FC Tom Tomsk), Denis Kovba (FC Krylya Sovetov Samara), Maksim Romaschenko (FC Dinamo Moskva), Aleksandr Hleb (Arsenal FC), Oleg Strakhanovich (FC MTZ-RIPO Minsk)
Forwards: Vitali Kutuzov (FC Parma), Vitali Bulyga (FC Tom Tomsk), Sergei Kornilenko (FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk), Artyom Kontsevoi (FC MTZ-RIPO Minsk), Vitali Lanko (FC Spartak Nalchik), Vyacheslav Hleb (FC MTZ-RIPO Minsk)
the players and their club teams..

That Belarus squad comes completely from Russia and belaurs, expect Hleb from Arsenal and Kutuzov from Fc.Parma who are also their best players. They have an injury unfortunately.
Defense and Midfield I rate about the same...no offense though I think our forwards are better and in better form then theirs.
We need to call all in form players...like Agolli over Murati, SAMIRASI, and BERISHA MUST BE READY!!!!

I agree...Bogdani was bad today....Berisha may be a quality player we've never had in attack before.
Is the passport of Berisha gonna be ready by the time we face Belarus?
I'm thinking he's more suited to play the deep role for us. But it doesn't matter he will create chances for himself as well as for Bombdani.
