...As i said in my Thread"This can be the best Transfer window ever"Inter made an incredible Transfers...Vieira is just an awesome player and when Juve bought him from Arsenal i went:shocked:like all of us:DI mean even Real couldnt sign him and Juve did that in their first atempt:evil:im not sure wether people understand what Tipe of System colapsed...Even my friends who doesnt have interest in football show their immense surprise of the Calciopoli Epilogue:evil:they were teasing me when my daughter was born"dont let her be an INTERISTA...Let her chear for Juve, cos they always win and she wont cry like you all the time":lol:can you believe this???But now it's how I wanted to be:evil:even more than i wanted, even more than i ever dreamed of...Ibrahimovic who i newer apreciated much and who had a riff with Capello perhaps supported my theory, but everyone is aware of the fact that he is awesomely talented and that beside his tendency not to score much,he is lot more usefull than those forwards who scores much...He is an extremely rare tipe of Striker...Tall ane incredibly creative...I am more than delighted to have him in INTER...as i am for Crespo:evil:Moratti sold him for a shit load of cash and now he resigned him for free:lol:INTER newer looked this strong,i mean no one has strikers like Ibra,Crespo and Adriano...The mid field is Atomic and as for the whole defense i can openly say that it's Perfect...The full backs ZANETTI-MAICON and GROSSO-MAXWELL we newer had a cool left back and now we have the one that clinched the World Cup...The best player of the tournament without doubt...and MAXWELL who is a briliant player...For the right ZANETTI and MAICON the new Brasilian right back who impressed me at the Morreti tournament...Does Mancini deserves a Team like this???I can bett that he's pissing his pants at night thinking how he'll field all of these Stars...We all saw what happened to Brazil...although next season will be a bit inferiour i have huge doubts about Mancini...Every time i see his face i see intimidation, doubt and fear...With his classi 4-4-2 Inter will find it hard to opose the Titans in the C.League and even in seria A a tactitian like Ancelotti can compensate those 8 points ane humiliate us...Mancini isnt grown for the challenge...Inter is a favorite but that means nothing...Barca coach although unexpiranced had great players, but he's Dutch and they all play offansive football...He can easily fail and made us look like biggest idiots...At least he should win the Scudetto...

good point elcino but who know maybe Mancini is already a good coach but didn't find those 2 translate his tacticts and now that he got these players he may do much better, now also this is the 3rd season for him with Inter he get 2 field the players better as he know all of them now.
i just hope he forget his favourites and play who is better especially in attack now he has a lot of options so he must try them all and choose the best, now he will play 2 friendlies with the full squad b4 the Super coppa so he has 3 chances b4 the season start 2 put his points down.
i wish him best luck and really if Inter doesn't impress this sason it wont be Moratti's problem anymore he gave Mancini all the options he want and even more.so Mancio must put this in mind.

All that I can say is that if Mancini fails to bring home the scudetto this season, he should be sacked. All the fans know it. Moratti knows it, even Mancini himself more than likely knows it.
We can just imagine the fury of Inter ultras if team berlusconi jumps us for the scudetto. Even I would jump out of my sofa to burn cars and cause havoc :D

Can we say Mancini deserves all of these players? I don't know really. His worthiness in obtaining such world class players cannot really be questionned at this stage. Although in recent seasons Inter have clearly not achieved quite what they would have wanted, there has been no hiding from the fact that Juventus and Milan have definitely had stronger squads. Now with the strongest squad Mancini will have to deliver or else he will be sacked. So then we will only know then whether he deserved these talents.

I cant help but think what Cuper could do with this squad. I mean like its way better than the squad he had when he left. We now have a solid left back and solid wingers which was something we never had when he was in charge.

well i think Lippi's option will be great for us and others like Cuper or Trappatoni so Mancini's last chance is this year and i think if he fail he shall quit coaching in Italy as he said b4 cause if he cant win here with such a squad he can never win with any.
hello boys, could not resist logging in for a while after 2 month of absence mixed with hard work and mountain hiking :silly: Glad to see ilcapitano back!!! :)
yes, Moratti did everything to use the 8 point advantage and absence of Juve to claim the scudetto. But the transfer window is still open and as usual he can suprise us selling some good players :( I am sorry for Martins he should have stayed, he's just 21 and stilll promising compared to Recoba or aging Cruz...
yes Mancio is the weakest link, by mid october we will definitely know if he deserves to stay or not... I am afraid he would clinch a scudetto thanks to that selection of players available and lose badly next season leaving a dismantled team. Also worried that we do not have that much creativity in centre, Vieira & Cambiasso is similar to what Cuper was fielding DiBi- Zanetti but yes stronger!
Anyway, hope Mancini learned from mistakes, but so far he does not deserve all this... poor Hector ;)

look what UEFA said about him.
Mancini taking nothing for granted
Thursday, 24 August 2006
"A very difficult group" is the verdict of FC Internazionale Milano coach Roberto Mancini yet there is no doubting his Inter team and German champions FC Bayern München will start as strong favourites to progress from Group B. Both are former winners of the European crown, Inter twice in the 1960s and Bayern four times, with their most recent triumph coming in 2001. The sides have met once before, in the 1998/99 UEFA Cup third round, and a repeat of the drama then would leave us enthralled: Bayern lost the first leg at home 2-0 but bounced back to prevail 3-1 in Italy and advance on away goals.
Good omens
Inter will have happier memories of facing the section's other sides, Sporting Clube de Portugal and FC Spartak Moskva. They got the better of the Portuguese outfit in the semi-final of their victorious 1991 UEFA Cup campaign and overcame Spartak at the same stage of the 1998 UEFA Cup, en route to lifting the trophy again. Good omens then, but like Bayern, they will not be taking anything for granted against opponents with no shortage of European experience: Sporting were UEFA Cup Winners' Cup winners in 1964 and UEFA Cup finalists two seasons ago, while down the years Spartak have been semi-finalists in each of the traditional three major UEFA club competitions.
Vladimir Fedotov, Spartak coach
I am philosophical about the draw. The group stage lasts three months and it's hard to predict which team will be in what condition on any given day. We've played all three teams in the recent past but apart from Yegor Titov, that was a different Spartak.
Carlos Freitas, Sporting director
It's a difficult group. It's not worth dwelling here on the difficulties we're going to face, but one thing I can guarantee is that we'll give it our best to reach the next round.
Roberto Mancini, Inter coach
It is a very difficult group but this is the Champions League and that's to be expected. To be honest, I think other seeded teams had better luck than us, at least on paper. We have to face some very good and famous sides. They all play different kinds of football but they have one thing in common: when we face them, they will have played more minutes of their seasons and will be in better condition than us as Serie A will start late. We have to prepare ourselves as well as possible, both mentally and physically, if we want to progress.
Felix Magath, Bayern coach
Inter have made massive signings and are on a level with Chelsea [FC] and [FC] Barcelona. This is a real challenge. We have the opportunity to compete with a top club. Portuguese teams are not bad – Sporting are a side who can play football.

Yup yup, I haven't decided if I'm rooting for Mancini to succeed or not. But then again if he gets sacked, we will know Inter have struggled again. So here's hoping he and his 4-4-2 get the job done.
And welcome back.

well if 4_4_2 is his way it's ok but it must work with both results and performances.
