well im delighted with this transfer ... ibra is incredibly talented and can form an amazing partnership with adriano ...

although i like c. ronaldo (well not his personality) and having a young fast winger practically complete the team, i really dont want to let adriano go ... i guess martins is going to leave, and althought im not a big fan of him i would prefer if we send him out on loan for a year or too ... cruz and recoba (and also crespo actually) are getting old so when one of them leaves martins should come back (hopefully he would have improved  )

anyway now it all depends on mancini to find the right tactics for this incredible squad ...

btw i remember ibra had a fight or somtin with another juve player in practice ... was it viera? cause that cant really be a good sign ... and mancini doesnt seem to enforce discipline as much as capello ...

Finally. Now we can all give a big sigh of relief.
And Milan can go on looking... :D

Thank you Moratti.

It was brilliant the way that Moratti said we are out of the race to sign Ibra and then announces him the very next day. I am delighted. I really thought Crespo would be our last signing. Now we have a world class squad. Moratti must be very determined to ensure that Mancini has all of the tools to not only win Lo Scudetto but also to really push very far in the Champions League. Zlatan is a great gift.

I TOLD U MORATTI IS GREAT.
The guy fooled me myself and the whole world i said that it was over even after Milan won yesterday but he hit very hard 2 sign him and just for 18 millions not 28 and u guys just keep critcizing him.
Branca when i told u in the begining he is good u all refused now u see what these 2 are doing now.
We have a squad better than Barcelona and other big teams and we are no 1 favourite for Scudetto and CL .
we have 2 teams not only 1 and we have the best attacking force in the World.Adriano,Ibrahimovic and Crespo.
i knew it since we gave up a playmaker and got Vieira that we will get Ibrahimovic and now Both Him and Adriano will help each other find their real form.
IBRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

IBRAHIMOVIC: "INTER, MY TEAM AS A BOY"
Thursday, 10 August 2006 17:29:56
APPIANO GENTILE - After signing a four-year contract with Inter, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was unveiled to the press this afternoon in a news conference at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre. The Swedish striker of Bosnian-Croat origins was presented by Inter's transfer market men Marco Branca and Gabriele Oriali.

Part one of Ibrahimovic's presentation news conference:

It seemed like you were about to join Milan, but today you signed for Inter.
"I am very happy that it has all gone well. Thanks to Marco (Branca), Lele (Oriali) and Dr Moratti. He's not just a good patron, he is also an exceptional person. When I heard of Inter's interest in me I was very happy because when it is the team I supported as a boy."

We see you smiling at last. It hasn't been a good period for you lately.
"Yes, I am very happy. I have joined a team that is very strong now so I am very happy. My future is here now, and I feel confident with the trainer because he was a fantastic player. This is the perfect environment to play football."

You have the great ability to set up goals for colleagues. Do you feel like a second striker? Who is your ideal strike partner?
"I don't know. There are six strikers here and they are all very good. I don't know which one is most suited to playing with me. I have come to Inter to win."

When you were at Juve you had a few confrontations with Cordoba and Mihajlovic on the pitch.
"What happens on the pitch stays on the pitch. I played against them in the last two seasons, now we will play together. Cordoba and Mihajlovic are two great defenders and I am very happy to be here with them."

Del Piero still says that Juve won the Scudetto on the pitch. You won it with the Bianconeri but you will wear the Scudetto on Inter's shirt. How do you feel about this?
"I still feel a champion. In the last two years at Juventus we trained every day, we played every week and we did our best on the pitch. We won two titles. I still feel I am a champion."

IBRAHIMOVIC: "MY FUTURE IS HERE"
Thursday, 10 August 2006 17:56:38
APPIANO GENTILE - Part two of Zlatan Ibrahimovic's presentation news conference:

Was your decision to join Inter influenced by the fact that you will play in the Champions League without having to play in the qualifying round?
"Everyone's eyes are on Inter at the moment. If something isn't difficult I don't enjoy. We will play to win and we can do it."

What is your reply to those who you take your bad temper on to the pitch?
"I do everything to win. Those who write in the papers are other people. These things sometimes happen, but I'm a winner, I don't accept defeat."

You seem to like difficult things. And sometimes you show this on the pitch. Will you try to change this attitude?
"When you play no one usually watches you, but when you make the difference everyone sees you and there is more responsibility. This is my quality and my style of play, and I don't want to change it because this is the best I can do."

Why did you not respect your contract with Juventus?
"As I said, I have been very professional with Juve. I absolutely respected my contract. In the end I joined Inter and we are all happy: me, Inter and also Juventus."

What do you have to say to the Juventus fans now you have officially left the club?
"This is football. I have to think about my future and my future is here now. I'm sorry for the fans and the team we had last year. Inter are a great team, life goes on."

Do you think Juventus succeed in gaining promotion to Serie A next season?
"I have big hope for Juventus. With their new players and new coach they have the potential to go straight back up. But now I want to play great matches, I want to play in the Champions League, and when you play at the San Siro it is something else."

How did you feel about being one of the players Juventus wanted to keep most, whilst other players were allowed to leave more easily?
"I had to come and speak with Juventus first and find the best solution. Juve wanted to keep me and I was very happy but Juve but when I knew Inter was interested in me I couldn't think about anything else. Now they are without the Champions League and now I will play top-level football."

i think that compared 2 anyother year this is the best Year for Inter in the transfer Market. At last Moratti is learning from old mistakes.
we got 7 great players untill now between experienced and young players and we closed all faults we have in the formation.
we called last season for a classy striker now we have 3,we called for a left back now we have 2.i've been with Inter for years now and i always forget and forgive when we lose and give myself excuses but this year i'll never forgive if we at least wont go 2 semi final CL and Win Scudetto.
