zidane incident??

what do you guys think about the whole little incident that happend?? i think there is only so much a player can take before he snaps and if he headbutted the italian defender its obvioulsy cause he said something that provocked it even though this was not the way i saw the great zidane leaving soccer i am not mad at him and i still think hes one of the most awesome and gifted midfielders soccer has seen. zinedine zidane is still a soccer legend no matter what.

Well it's kind of in the wrong place since it has nothing to do with Group D...but I'll give my take on this.It sucks for Zidane to go out that way but I too forgive him because of what he did for soccer, he was a great talent.Also people thought he had reacted to Materazzi twisting his nipple but this morning I heard that Zidane had actually reacted to a racial slur by Materazzi, he called him a terrorist because of of his Algerian background and that's why he head-butted him.Materazzi denies it but who knows only they know what really happened, and if the story about the racial slur is true than I dont blame Zidane for doing what he did cause I wouldve done the same (probably even worse).
