July 20: Soschaux-Panathinaikos
July 29: Celta Vigo-Panathinaikos
August 5: Atromitos Athens-Panathinaikos
August 10: Panathinaikos-Anderlecht

Today Panathinaikos played a friendly with a French or Swiss club called Chatelleon, something like that.

The game finished a few minutes ago, 15-0 the score. What I know for sure is that Gekas scored 5 and Romero scored 1.

I didn't wathced it either. They are going to be interesting games like the ones with Socheaucx or Celta where we can take our conclusions about the new Panathinaikos.

As for the goals:

Panathinaikos played very great offensive football and Romero is an excellent transfer! Howevor in the second half our defence sucked :boo: We left to many open gaps and our defenders couldn't mark well. We need to sign some decent defender in my oppinion. Anyways Leontiou and Romero scored the goals. Romero had so much passion in that game and Mantsios played great too. Mantsios played great and even assisted the goal for Romero. But like I said we need some good defenders becuase our offence is already good as it is. I think Darlas should start.

Srdjan Andric scored for Panathinaikos in the 53th minute, Perrera equalized 6 minutes later, after a mistake of Biscan.

I did not managed to see nor this game, from what I read our defense was very good, but we had many problems in the attack.

Excuses excuses :) What do you know ? You haven't even watched any of the friendlies. Panathinaikos could of played much better but they didn't even try becuase of the extreme hot weather in Athens. Ayromitos also played very poorly becuase of the weather as well. Athens usually gets very hot during the summer and it's not surprising that both teams didn't play well during the game. None of the players really tried becuase of the heat which is why the saying goes that Athens is much better during the winter than the summer. Anyways Romero seems excellent so far. I'm glad that we signed Romero :)

What about the other games? :rolleyes:The games were actually preety good games despite the results. Panathinaikos kept on drawing becuase of the use of many substitues. We never really played our A team during a full game.

1-0 in Peristeri is not a bad result for an official game. Atromitos are not a weak team.
