RONALDO is set to return to Italy on Friday to begin training with Inter Milan after battling back from a serious knee injury suffered last year and the 24 year-old admits emotions will be running high as he seeks to get his career back on track.

"Now I have to train myself, because I want to come back very soon and when the day arrives when I step back out in the San Siro stadium in front of my Inter fans, I'll feel an emotion just like my first day in Serie A," said Ronaldo.

He added, "Football is my life. I want to come back the player I was before."

After injuring his knee last April during the Italian Cup, the Brazilian international re-aggravated the injury and it was thought that the player attempted to come back too soon.

He was medically released at the beginning of 2001 and saw his first action in a March charity match in Brazil where he scored five goals, which some say is a sign of things to come from the formerly prolific striker.

Thats very good With Vieri and Ronaldo in the attack and if we could get Nesta are team would be great!
I think we should not offer Matterazi and some money for nesta beacuse materazzi is a very good player you know.
I have read that inter are trying to swap Javier Zanneti for Peter Lucin 21-year old psg player!!!!This would be a step back for our plans for scudeto!!!!!!
Zanneti is a great player a truly leader in inter and i think we should never get rid of him!!!!!!!!!

Inter need Nesta thats for sure and inter needs Davids from Juve.I red that in the summer he is going from that club that would be a very good signing!!!!!!!!!
With Davids and Nesta and one more signing in the midfielder like i read about Fabio Rochembach that inter offered 12 milions i think that would be a very goood squad for wining scudeto!!!!!

where did you hear about davids leaving , he is exactly what inter is missing , a workhorse enforcer type player which has great skills , we used to have that type of player in simeone and we damn near won the scudetto davids would be a better signing than nesta i believe , but i would not mind havinf both
