I am not mexican but I am happy for mis amigos mexicanos. Happy start of the world cup and well-deserved.

After the initial stage fright was over Mexico played very well. I would even say that at times it gave glimpses of a truly great team, like the Mexicans deserve for their friendly people and passion for football.

Mexico has very good chances of winning their group, expecially after the craptastic display by Portugal.

Yeah you took it the wrong way. I did insinuate that Portugal is a good team because even though they didnt play all that good they still were able to win. As bad as most think they played they still managed i believe 10 shots on goal hit the crossbar once. If it was any other team having them stats they would say darn they played great, so thats my point people view it as lousy because they expect alot from this team because they are good. I never once said Mexico wasnt good in any of my posts I said they can be beaten because thats a reality just as it is with Angola with abit more luck having tied Portugal, anything can happen in world cup, Look at Sweden?? look at Poland?? Good to see an intellegent view point on the situation. I pretty much completely agree with your post. Todays teams are much better, every one is catchin up quick. I myself if you go back on some of my post have always claimed that playing angola would not be a piece of cake in the least and that playing Iran also will be very tough as will Mexico. Its like u said look at some of the early results Even brazil just won it 1-0 hats off to Croatia played a great game.

im worried about counter attacks too. i mean our team isnt known for having many fast players. but something that did kind of mademe chill was that during the games vs france and holland mexicos defenders seemed to return quickly to defend

The truth is that there is not a big difference between the big time teams and the small teams. The gap is closing. I feel that Portugal is a big time team, but still, I like Mexico’s chances against any team in the world cup. All teams deserve to be taken seriously and deserve respect. It will be a great game.

a way mexico can stop angola is having the defecne way back close to the keeper so even if angola is fast the cant counter because there will always be mexican players in the back,mexico should leave a wide gap beetwen defence and midfield but have two people in beetwen them to sword of block the mid range shiots from angola wich we learned they like to use,but they doont have good aim.this way alot of angolan people will go into that gap beetwen midfield and defence to try long range shots and mexico has speed on offense so with alor of angolans in that gao they can easily get throught ther defence.

ne ways soccerwise. about mexico. mexicos way of playing is very different. most teams are the 3 or 4 touches around the defense then mid-long range pass to the mid or forwards. but mexicos way of attacking is more like a go out playing with the ball, what i mean by that is passing it around and gradually be advancing down the field. btw IMO mexico has been one of the best teams in set plays so far.

Yeah I think too much long islands is bad for u, first it has 5 different liquors in it (tequila, vodka, rum, gin and triple sec.) then after that combination of rough liquors it also contains bar mix and coke, too much sugar with different liquors can be bad, I remember throwin up a couple of times after being wasted.

Hey dude booze is Booze it will all get yah in the end one way or the other if your a chronic drinker. I drink social I have no major problem with it I have like a few drinks after world with some buds and thats about it then on weekends abit more. your a bartender so I dont know what the owner expects but let me tell you I have been to places where it was clear as day they had there booze watered down, alot of places do it but shit this place was way to obvious. I take being a bartender isnt all that bad being you get to meet alot of chicks and hopefully get da ol pecker some workouts. then again I can see you having a lazy night at the bar and just wanna lean back and have some chick or 2 really give it a tongue lashin (lol)

bro Angola played with 10 men with like 15 minutes still left in the game, they played great with alot of spirit and the best player in this match had to be the angola goalkeeper he was great. But the whole angola team played a proud game. Happy to see them get a point. Well deserved.
