Notes From Mexico - Iran 1st Half

I think Mexico is going to win this game due to the lack of Iran's experience and a horrible defense, the worst I've seen so far; but all and all Iran has outplayed Mexico, here a few notes, from teh first half:

1. Absolutely ZERO class from the Mexican fans chanting "ole, ole" at the first touch of the game. Dumb idiots, u only say that when u r up 5-0 or something like that.

2. Refeee needs to stop whistling just b/c a player goes down to the ground, b/c of a hard, CLEAN, tackle, it ruins the game, soccer is not for pussies. I've seen at least three times Mexico was awarded free kicks with no merit.

3. I admit the best player on the field was Marquez.

4. With this team Mexico will not win the WC.

5. Mexican fans need to stop chanting "a la bin a la bin bon ban", it does sound kinda girlie.

1.Haha, it doesnt offend me how much u hate Mexico anymore...it actually makes me laugh.Cause what the hell man ur complaining about the 'oles' in the first minute?It's to give them the support and let them know that Mexicans fans were there with them, why do u think they didnt do it no more even when they were winning.I cant believe u actually called this classless, ur a funny ass hater man.

2.The ref was fine, if anything he failed to call a clear PK against Marquez in the second half.

4.I dont think anyone expects them to...we Mexican fans want them to but realistically we know that its unlikely.Personally I would be happy with finally getting past the 2nd round, anything after that would be gravy.

p.s. Mexico was the better team...Iran played with everyone in their own side of the field and it caught up to them in the end.

i agree with the last two posts, iran everyone should agree came out and played well but mexico is better theres no question, when u go and defend to not to lose, you will. Ive always liked bravo hes fast and a good finisher, i was happy when i saw him in the starting lineup. Mexico played well in the second half and thats the way they should play. And about the fans, hey they were way supportive than the iranian fans, not saying much but still. And that always helps, mexico wins and then u have to complain about the fans :rolleyes: . if u think mexico isnt good tahts fine, bring some facts and details about how they arent, but when they win give em some credit as wel.

I think all of you did not read my post entirely. I did say I thought Mexico was going to win eventually because of Iran's lack of experience and horrible defense, and well it happened exactly as I predicted.

This does not erase however your idiocy and ignorance, even more so if I HAVE TO EXPLAIN YOU about the "ole, ole" chant. For those of you non Spanish speakers, who obviously did not undertand my criticism, "ole, ole" is the chant people say at the bull fighting arena when working with the bull.
You ONLY begin chanting this when you are WINNING by a big margin especially, or at least winning the game, not from the very beggining. I did not say I was against Mexicans fans chanting for their team, of course every fan has the right to do so but I hope now you see my point. This just show how classless these people are. It reminds me the "osama, osama" chant these idiots once did (another example of the level of Mexico's population class and culture). Talk about disrespecting your opponent. When have you seen the American fans chanting "illegals, illegals", no offense intended but you see my point.

Iran, could not even have fan support, yet if anyone showed class and sporttmanship was the Iranian goalie with the offering of flowers to Oswaldo Sanchez due to the unfortunate dead of his father. He IMO was the only good dude I was happy for the ultimate result b/c of the obvious reasons and b/c it takes a lot of heart to go out there and do your job in such circumstances.

2. Refs have been a disgrace so far, except for the Angola-Portugal game. REfs should not be allowed to stop the flow of the game that often when a player goes down. Way too many players fake injuries and dive, our sport is a man's sport, not for pussies, play with pain. No wonder why so many tams have perfected the diving and acting. One of these days they are going to nominate a soccer player for the Oscars, and no, it won't be the dude from Goal, the movie:sucks.

At the end Mexico beat a very weak side -esp defensely- and a coach who I have no clue why he changed the gameplan from the first half and even took Karimi out, I was like WTF!!!!!

Mexico again will mae it to the next round thanks to a weak group and AGAIN will be eliminated there. Mexico ratified they are not a powerhouse and are still light years from the kinds of Brazil, Italy, Argentina, France, Holland (not seeded, still wondering why), etc, etc.

when u mention classles it comes something that i dunno why but it has to do with the same game with those chants. the game was an olympic qualifier match with the u 23 squads/ LANDON DONOVAN URINATED ON THE PITCH OF THE STADIUM while practicing, that is CLASSLES, DISRESPECTFUL, i mean u are a ***king professional. hahah btw mexico won 4 0 that game. it also comes to mind him saying that he wants to humiliate mexico. i mean when have u heard a real madrid player saying that he wants to humiliate barca. or a milan player saying that about inter???

ahahhah so after reading handjobs posts for quite some months now. i really dont know why but it seems that everything mexico does is wrong. to name a few:

1 chanting ole, ole, ole..... is wrong because it is at the beggining of the game.
2 we shouldve let more iranian fans into the stadium because that way the game was unfair.
3 a mexican chant is gay to handjob. to me kissing another man is gay. but that is okay because its their culture. but isnt that chant handjob mentions part of mexican culture too??
4 to many fouls in a game its totally mexicos fault. ignoring the fact that iran had more fouls in favor during the game and the ref didnt call that penalty.
5 no matter if we say that mexico wont win the world cup, to handjob every mexican thinks that they can. clearly overrating our team. 100% of mexico thinks we are going to win the cup.

The first half, Iran COMPLETELY dominated the game and played very well. THen, in the second half, mexico kicked it up a notch and the iranians made sure the mexicans get in at least 2 goals. Overall, i think Mexico played a pretty dirty game and i lost whatever respect i had for them, not that that's the reason why iran lost. The mexicans did very well, though in the second half.

1.It was not intended to disrespect them but if u feel otherwise whatever...it's not like it affected the game.

2.I dont think theyve been all that bad, as long as theyre consistant with calling the same type of fouls on both teams its fine with me...and to me there hasnt been any favoritism towards any team and that includes Mexico.

3.Again damn right he was...and I hope that that proved that he is more than just a 'defender' as u and ricoo claim.Sure that is the position he mainly plays but he isnt ur average defender who just stays in the backfield, he knows how to attack (can play the midfield as he did with Barca in 05')and what can I say about his pin point passes theyre simply amazing.

And what happened?Before the WC u were claiming that Iran was so good and that they would end up passing to the 2nd round along with Portugal, and that Karimi was awesome because he played for Bayern Munich...something Mexicans could only hope to do.Now they suck, and Mexico beat them only because they suck and not because Mexico is good or anything.Wow way to discredit Mexico man :rolleyes:

100% sore loser. dirty was ur defender tackling marquez in the penalty box. dirty was ur player kicking away the ball when the mexican player was about to grab it. what dirty thing did the mexican team do???

overall both teams played a clean match, i still respect iran and even if we had lost i wouldve. but it seems u cant see ur team lose
