How could you lost! You played at home but still you havent show much! I think it is Fergusson`s fault because he put York to late in the game!

come on, what was hw supposed to do. we were pressing them the enitire match. we just couldn't score tonight, thats football. i am not even that worried though. all the reds need to do is come out with a win in munich which they are more than capable of doing.

Very disappointed. Let me vent: that was a horrible no call on an offside that resulted in a goal, and that was a horrible no call, on what should have been a PK for Keane. That said, ManU put themselves in a position to lose. There were not many ManU moments in that game, and the only people who seemed really interested, were Silvestre (did I really say that?), Barthez and Giggs. Giggs looked out of sync, like he has been sitting a while, which he has. Scholes could not have played much worse, and the defense looked suspect again. I do agree that we will see a ManU victory in two weeks, but still...it rankles.

First off the goal was good there was no way that Sergio was offside. Second Silvestre looked great and is becomeing the player he is expected to be. Giggs tried to take on one to many players everytime he had the ball. Should United of had a penalty? Maybe, the call could have gone either way and in this case it went against us. I think Stam and Brown played pretty well, except for when they decided to just watch Sergio score. The biggest reason why United lost was that Beckham and G.Neville failed to dominate down the right, i don't think that they linked up once. And i was also very disapointed in Soljkear, he was not involved that much. Cole looked pretty good but he just wasn't given much help, but he was able to creat a couple chances. Scholes played alright today except he couldn't hit the target. I think that Yorke will be partnered up with Cole next match, and hopefully Chadwick can creat down the right. It helps that both of bayern's starting left sided players will miss out next match.

i only saw the last 15 minutes or so but that game could have easily been 3 or 4 - 0 bayern Munich Barthez was what saved Man U and when i dont remember who it was but late when the guy volleyd the ball of the cross bar , he should have finished how ever Barthez looked sharp and there was nothing he could have done about the goal , becasuse the defense just let up , i agree about Becks from wah i saw he played terrible which was surprising , he has been on good from as of late but anyway its not gonna be easy to pull of a win in Munich
oh ya forgot to mention silvestre look pretty solid too bad we gave him up to Man U a few years ago , he is going to be a pretty good player

I think it was Zickler
It was a bad performence all round. I think he was offside for the goal, because it looked like the other striker headed it on.
Scholes should never have been allowed to play as he has a pretty bad cold.
Beckham was dissapointing yet again! What is up with that guy?!?!
I think the only players who have shown any drive and determination in the last few games are Keane, Silvestre and maybe Brown.
Im not happy with Utd this season at all! I cant think whats up with them?:mad:

The replay clearly showed another Bayern player change the direction of the ball, which Sergio put in the net. Unless they have made a rule change I am not aware of, that is offsides.
In any event, ManU put themselves in a position to lose.

well i saw the replay as well. i to me the player never touched got a touch on the ball. i watched it a couple times and as hard as it is for me to say was that it was a good goal.

ture, all that matters is united must win in munich. if they do that then it won't matter.

yes neo i believe it was zickler that struck the crossbar . as for the goal it was really hard to make that call whether or not the ball was headed on , in my opinion it was not , but it may have been. and even after seeing the replay about 3 times i am still not 100 % on what the correct call should be , but like mirkwood stated
Man U did not put themselves in a position to win , what was up with Becks he was horrible n the free kicks , and that one time late when he played the ball square to scholes i believe from the free kick on the right side was horrible scholes should have at least put that on goal , i dont like Man U that much , but i respect them and they are capable of playing much better than they did , but it is not going to be easy to get themselves out of this mess

that wasn't Beckham's fault. that was not a yellow card tackle.
I think Beckham has been really bad recently. I cant figure out why though....
I cant make my mind up if it was a yellow card or not. Thats unusual for me, as i usually have an opinion for everything :D
The one good thing for Utd now is that both Bayern's left sided players are out also.
I think Chadwick will exploit this, because he has something to prove and so will be up for it....

True, that yellow was a poor call on Beckham, it was deserving of a foul...barely, but not a yellow.

the thing that man utd should consider is their line-up.gary neville certainly looking shaky n' loose.he slipped twice in two matches n' that shouldn't happen to an established defs in a big club

York and Cole should have been paired up from the get go for that match, it was way too late to bring him, When the Munichs brought in the fresh brazilian legs they should have known there was going to be trouble and they never compensated, it came back and bit them in their red ass, Beckers was off and scholes was off they play better than that! He wasn't even close to the net, they also knew giggs was coming off an injury things just weren't working, they have played before and this team will keep the game tight, the next game in germany might go against the devils i hope not, but it has the possibility too. They got to get it together. something was throwing them off.
