The first 5 minutes of that game i already thought this is Korea/Japan 2002 all over again.... defenders leaking the ball, poor ball control, passes either unaccurate or too hard - it was a really terrible performance and not at all what i expected from my homeland. Communication on the field was not smooth and that cost them dearly - A win against ecuador was really Polands chance to make the next leg and they must be on their toes if they want to play well against Germany and Costa Rica (their match on the other hand was really really good)

if only poland played like they did in the last 5 minutes throughout the entire matches

hey guys, its no over for poland! they played poorly, and god knows why, but they still have a decent chance. if they cant beat germany, they have to hope costa rica beats equador.. and that is possible. im not polish, but i do like this side.

No way are the Poles the worst European team in a world cup and they still have a chance of qualification if they can overcome the strange habit of going into their shells if things don't go their way. Poland must learn to be more resoloute. They need to be more like England - say what you like about the quality of the players, England always try to win even when things look hopeless. A mentally stronger Poland would have topped the qualifying group.

i dont think Poland was prepared for the physical play of E. tenorio & S. castillo in the middle of the pitch.

those two guys really played an amazin game, and controlled the game.

ill admit, polska dominated more ball posession, but not including the last 15minutes, they really didnt create any scoreing chances.

im happy for the ecuadorians, its only 1 match, but maybe now theyll get some respect. i mean, poland was suppose to be soo good, allmost finishing 1st in there group ahead of england. only giving up like 1 or 2 goals i think in qualifying.

The Poles played well today, but not well enough. Against Ecuador they just plain sucked, but they made today's match against Germany exciting. They lost yes, but they played admirably, and had only 10 men for a good portion of the match.

I think the battle for worst European team is between the Poles and Ukrainians because though the Ukraine was playing a very good Spanish team you should never lose a match 4-0 that is simply unacceptable. Also Poland played well today, Germany was simply too much for them.
