To Euro Rail, or go by Car?

Hello all,
Headed to Germany for 10 days. Hitting the game up in Nurnberg (flying into Frankfurt). Also, going to Berlin, Wolfsburg, Amsterdam, Paris, and back to Frankfurt. Do you guys recommend Eurorail, or Car? I only have hotel reservations in Nurnberg.

I think by car, just because we can stop where / when we want. Place to keep luggage. Also, if we can't find a place to stay, we can go to another spot quickly and easily.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
