The popular English-language Galatasaray fan site Cimbombom.net is asking Galatasaray fans around the world to take part in a Turkish football tradition: displaying your team's flag on your street to celebrate the championship.
Sinan, owner of the site, writes: "For every title, there is a tradition in Turkey, to put in your street or at your window a flag of your team to celebrate it. I would like everybody who owns a GS flag to fly it, even for only one day, and put the picture in the forum so as we can see streets all around the world in yellow-red."
