If it werent for Casillas the match would have ended in a much larger goal margin. An excellent performance from an outstanding team.
If Real Madrid play as bad as they did today then the away match should be an easy one for Henry and co.

Henry was brilliant... that was a fantastic goal. Hopefully this is a HUGE confidence booster for them though in the EPL.

Oh my God! That match was amazing.

We all know Henry played awesome. But for me, at least in the 1st half, Ljunberg was incredible in centre-mid. I didnt realise how well he cud do that role. I thought his skill seemed to improve and that infamous 1st touch of his wasn't noticable. Hleb was also pretty damn good and lets not forget my idol (who is younger than me ;)) Cesc. Seems havin all these little nippy players around 1 solid Gilberto worked a treat.

The way Cesc came into the game at the end was mad, just sprayin balls all over the place. Man I've missed watching this Arsenal!

What a clinical defensive perfomance by Arsenal, i thought the way they held on the 1 goal lead against a raging Real was admirable. The Arsenal of old would have probably conceded an equaliser in search of a 2nd goal but Wenger re-organised his team into 4-5-1 formation and the inexperienced senderos and eboue along with toure and flamini did brilliantly thwarting every Real Madrid attack. With a makeshift defence this was a wonderful effort by Arsenal and lets hope they hold out and secure the tie at higbury
