Friendly match ended in a 2-1 .Nelson Valdez put Bremen ahead in the 65th minute, as Nicolas Anelka scored a last minute header to complete a comeback against German side Werder Bremen. Tuncay Sanlı scored in the 84th minute to equalise.

indeed both tuncay and anelka made up for their misses of two clear chances apeace; not to mention one of anelka's could or actually should have ended up with awarding a penalty along with a red card to the bremen defender, after clearing the ball by using his arm.
