The amazing FC Cologne Striker is going to be a smash hit for World Class. He is just going to leave defenders haning on a life line, but i can't help to wonder why he plays for Cologne. I heard Bayern Munich are trying to go for him.
Lukas Podolski ,(Born on June 4, 1985 in Gliwice, Poland), nicknamed Poldi, is a German football player of Polish origin. He plays for 1. FC cologne
Podolski played for Germany at Euro 2004, where he was the squad's youngest player. He also attended the FIFA Confederations Cup in 2005 and scored 3 goals there.
Podolski plays in the position of striker. He often sneaks back into the midfield to get the ball, then outsprinting his opponents and scoring with a remarkably cold-blooded finishing touch. As of 2005, he is seen as one of the most promising German players.
Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann is continuously praising him because he is lethal with the head as well as the feet. Because of this, clubs such as Bayern München have manifested their interest in Podolski, though he has a contract with FC Köln until 2007.
