Italian clubs are fast diving in international standards

What happen to Italian clubs? More like a laughing stock for the last two years. Struggling to qualify for the quaterfinals of the Champion League and UEFA Cup. They employ almost all the best players in the world but yet can't compete on European level. Just look at how dull and boring most of the Serie A games is.

English football is fast rising and before long the so called Serie A - acclaim by many as the most difficult and competitive league in the world (which I doubt very very much) will lost out its creditability and replace by either Primera Liga or the English Premiere League (quite a joke but may happen).

I think drastic step and improvement need to be taken to avoid further shameful defeat like Roma defeat (on home ground) to Liverpool - score (0-2) last night.

Firstly, just look at the Champions League this past decade. From 1989 to 1998 there was an Italian club in the final bar one year.

Also look at the past seasons in Premier League. haha... at least with Serie A you don't already know who will win the league before its actually started. :D

Last 2 seasons in Serie A, the winner has won the league by 1 point.
In Premier League, United have already won it by mid December.

With the Roma/Liverpool game, Roma were without Totti and Batistuta came on as a sub midway through the second half... so they weren't taking it AS seriously as Liverpool.

Serie A also has the biggest Derby game of the year in the Milan Derby :D
You also have the Rome Derby as well but that isn't as good :D
You look into the grandstand in one of those matches and the fans are so passionate... you see the flares and fireworks and the banners and the non-stop singing and chanting... with any English Derby, you look into the crowd and see fat men drinking beer shouting abuse at their OWN teams.

the italian derbys are dire watch and old firm cause it has got excitement passion history
so it is the best derby in the world
but i agree the english games are shite
