Favourite Socceroo

So who is everyones favourite players in the current squad? Mine are Marco Bresciano and Vincenzo Grella. Mainly because they play in Serie A but also because they are very good players. Grella is usually not noticed as much as the other players but he gets alot of work done in the midfield engine room. He's the midfield rock. He's tough!!! And I just love the way Bresciano just stood there after he scored against Uruguay.

marco breciano, i have ordered a print of him standing there like a superhero after scoring and should receive it in the next week or so :D will go down as one of the most symbolic australian sporting moments in history i think

My favourite used to be Alex Tobin, and I used to work with Ernie Tapai's brother Michael.

My favourite now is Mark Schwarzer.

Its funny how everyone has forgotten about Mark Bosnich too.

He was great until he left Villa.

Bresciano has an Italian background and Culina has Macedonian blood in him as well

Bresciano is half, he speaks Croatian.

Emerton for his great wing runs and talented passing and crosses...

i think they should bring in new and younger members instead of relying on kewell and viduka etc. Australia has top goal keepers i think and their attacking line up is ok. I would hav to say culina is pretty good, and so is kewell.

well the fact is, we dont have anyone of aloisi or viduka's class that can step in and play in big matches. there doesnt seem to be any young guys coming
through either.
