I remember back at France 98, when Iran was playing the US, I was rooting for Iran even though I've lived in US almost my whole life. But there was a feeling of comraderie and friendship among not only the fans of the 2 different countries, but also even between the teams as was seen in the pre-match photoshoot. I, and almost every Iranian here in the US I know, would never degrade the US and insult it like those uruguayans living in australia who post on this forum seem to do. I love both the US and Iran, and consider myself both in terms nationality(and i am officially both as well). The uruguayans in Australia show NO appreciation for Australia, NO sign of goodsportsmanship, outright rudeness(using spanish at this forum), and complete arrogance and disrespect in every way possible. I know maybe the sun may be getting to you Aussies and making you a little TOO nice, but maybe you should start getting rid of people like these bastards who live in your land and hate it so much. Get the hell rid of em' is what I say, send them back to their own land which they escaped but try to show off as being so much better than Australia. Let them go back to their $hitty stadium in Montevideo instead of being allowed to come to the modern lights of the Telstra. Tell them to "get the hell outta here!" :rockon:

No, amigo, Uruguayans who live in Australia actually respects Australia.
Some of the people in this forum (like me) is writting from Uruguay.
That doesen't mean I don't feel respect for Aussies. I do.
The problem is that we were being constantly insulted by some of the Aussies's comments.
