heres the game match review:
Ronaldo to break the deadlock for Real with a fine strike before fellow countryman Roberto Carlos made it two before the break after volleying home David Beckham's corner.
Los Merengues' left back scored his second on 65 minutes with a blistering free kick before Mallorca had Sergio Ballesteros sent off for a second bookable offence after clashing with Beckham.
The home side concluded their win when Julio Baptista knocked home a Beckham free kick from close range to make it four with less than a quarter hour remaining.
The result will be of particular satisfaction to Wanderley Luxemburgo's side, with champions Barcelona having scraped a 2-2 draw with Real Zaragoza at Camp Nou on Saturday.
Celta Vigo missed the chance to leapfrog Getafe after a 1-1 draw at Cadiz.
Andres Fleurquin gave Cadiz the lead before the quarter hour mark but Celta earned a point when Fernando Baiano levelled matters 10 minutes later.
They stay a point behind the Madrid-based club, who kept their remarkable start to the new season going with victory over Valencia on Saturday.
An early goal from Inaki Munoz gave Osasuna a 1-0 win over Deportivo La Coruna at the Riazor.
Villarreal took advantage of the extra man to defeat struggling Athletic Bilbao 3-1 at El Madrigal.
The Basque club had taken the lead on 19 minutes when Joseba Etxeberria found the scoresheet but the match turned just before the break.
Javier Casas was sent off for a deliberate handball and a minute later, Juan Roman Riquelme restored parity for The Yellow Submarines.
Jose Mari gave Villarreal the lead on the hour mark before Marcos Senna rounded out the scoring for the home side.
A Fernando Torres penalty (65) and a strike from Mateja Kezman (74) gave Atletico Madrid a 2-0 win over Malaga in Sunday's late match on the Costa Del Sol.
Alaves recorded their first win of the season with a fine 2-1 success at Racing Santander.
Wesley gave the Basque visitors a half time lead before Juanjo equalised with 11 minutes left for Racing.
Substitute Santiago Carpintero proved the hero for Alaves with a last-minute strike to claim the points.
Espanyol were denied victory in Andalucia after Fredson's early strike proved not enough against Sevilla.
The Barcelona-based club lost two points after Moises Hurtado put into his own net for a 1-1 draw.
Real Sociedad got a second half strike from Darko Kovacevic to earn a 1-1 home draw with Real Betis.
The Seville outfit took a half-time lead through Juanito before Serbia & Montenegro international Kovacevic pulled a goal back for the San Sebastian club just after the break

Yeah by da way,
I've watched Sport news today, a lot of talking about Real 4 - 0 win, and a lot of good responses bout Becks his 100% accurate passes, that he is the playmaker of the team when Zizou is not on a pitch. Why do ya think bout that? Can Becks be the playmaker after Zizou's retirement? I think yes, coz last three games he proved it with skilfully passes? What do you all think??? :)

What a match! They say one out of a hundred RC's cannons get in. yesterday he scored twice. His goals were beautiful. Also Beckham was as convincing as he's been this season. One of Madrid's bests. I was also glad to see Zizou back. Ronnie can get his 35 with this pace

In the picture of Rooney and that girl. That girl is Rooney's girlfriend, and if you think he's too young, he was actually accused of having sex with a bunch of prostitudes in London and then appologized saying he was "young and stupid".
His girlfriend fine, I wonder why he was watching the Madrid game?

Rooney and Beckham bury the hatchet
By Matt Dickinson
SVEN-GÖRAN ERIKSSON hopes that the next ten days will prove restorative for his England squad and, to that end, he will have been delighted to hear that Wayne Rooney and David Beckham were scheduled to sit down for dinner in Madrid last night only a few weeks after the Manchester United striker told the England captain, in full view of the country, to “f*** off”.
Rooney and Coleen McCloughlin, his fiancée, were invited out to Spain yesterday by David and Victoria Beckham. They were due to watch Madrid’s game against Real Mallorca in Beckham’s private box in the Bernabéu before heading out to dinner as a happy quartet.

Yeah, this happened in the last International qualifier England had against Northern Ireland. Rooney was making some harsh tackles and started to go crazy (like he tends to do when the team is losing or when he doesn't get his way). Beckham taking on his Captain duties told Rooney to calm down and to take it asy and other words to that effect. Rooney wasn't having any of it and kept mouthing bad words at the N. Ireland player(s) and I think at the referee too. It took Beckham quite some time to calm him down and even then he was still fiery. All of this was being shown on the TV. Beckham then started to get angry and took Rooney to one side on a number of occassions (all within the same 5 minutes or so) telling him to calm down. Rooney shrugged of Beckham a number of times and pushed him away. He was then seen clearly to say "F**k off" to Beckham.
Now I happen to think Rooney is a great footballer, but to behave in such a manner is both pathetic and disrespectful. Rooney was clearly in the wrong, and what David Beckham tried to do was in the interest of Rooney, the England team and the N. Ireland players who Rooney was angry at.
It is good to have some wild passion about you, but there is a line, and it ain't right if you cross over it. Rooney has crossed the line on various occassions, and he needs to learn how to calm himself down.
I don't know whether you lot know this, but Beckham was once a very fiery figure. In a match, if ever a player of the opposing team was to de-possess the ball of Beckham, or tackle him in a way he didn't like, Beckham would instantly go after that player, commit a stupid tackle and he would get booked the majority of times. This slowly started to disappear though. However, there were times in his earlier period at Real Madrid that he would do the same thing. I have seen him many a time 'go after' an opponent after they did something to him that he wouldn't like. He would lose his cool and go crazy. It's quite amusing to watch at times. But in a few games I caught glimpses of Beckham trying to calm himself down psychologically. I have seen him say to himself "You're gonna be ok. You're gonna be alright. It's going to be ok". This is good that he has probably asked advice of someone (psychologists maybe) of what he should do to calm himself should he ever get fiery. I think Rooney needs to take a few leafs out of Beckham's book!!

Haha, that's nothing. In one match, I can't remember who Man UTD were playing but there was an incident regarding Rooney another player and the ref. Rooney clearly didn't like the referees decision going by the names he was calling the ref. Everytime, the camera showed Rooney from then on, he could be seen saying derogatory words to the ref. Even 20 minutes later he was still angry at the ref and was STILL swearing at him. It was absolutely hilarious to watch. They showed it on Match Of The Day (a tv programme that shows Premiership highlights) and even though the match was cut in some parts, the extent of Rooney swearing to the ref still seemed overly long in terms of duration.
