I personally think that overall Adidas makes the best sports products/merchandise, especially in Soccer. Yes there are other big names if we look at soccer alone like diadora,lotto, umbro, sportira, nike etc.

What do you guys think?

The last 2 years I've been using:

Sportira cleats (horrible shoes)
Umbro shin guards (good for the price)
Kappa socks (very good, well ventilated and light)
Diadora socks ( too thick and tight)
Adidas socks (have taken a serious beating and still keep them just in case)
Umbro/Diadora/Adidas/Sportira - shorts and shirts (all good)

As far as soccer is concerned, Adidas does seem to have a leg up on the competition.
This does not mean that other manufacturers do not have great products.

It's good that you try a variety. Go with what feels good to you.
