It's absolutely ridicilous to say that ALL Goths are scary,freaks,etc. We judge people far too much based on appearance which leads to stereotypes, prejudice and racism. People should have a right to dress, speak, eat, what they want so long as it's not harming anyone else. And as much as it may bother you to see them in their dark and "scary" make-up and clothes, your appearance may disturb them... We expect people to conform to what we see as "Normal" which is quite unfair of us as members of society... In the end I agree with Italianboy about the stupidity of cliques in schools. So next time you want to say something like: "That stupid jock(goth, prep,etc) ... take a moment and try to put yourself in their place... It never hurts to be open-minded and see things from a different perspective... :)

it is indeed simple discrimination. i hardly thing that goths provoke or harm anybody on their own. if u sit down and think about it these kids were bullied or some unfair shit happened, to them, and hell this shootings were less than 25% times when they were goths, so thats alot of bullshit in itself.
look at the comubine(sp) murders, the first time anything like this ever hapened, i think it was 1991 i think, i dont think they were goths
