Hi, my name is Mike, and I'm from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I'm 19, and have played competitive soccer for 6 years, and soccer is, by far, my favorite sport. My favorite teams from the MLS are Chicago and Tampa Bay, and I dont know much about International soccer, so you'll probably laugh when I say that my favorite team is USA, but I strongly support them, as well as soccer in the US. I look forward to keeping up with this new message board, you have done a good job with it in the early stages. I hope to learn more about international soccer through this board. I don't really follow international soccer very much I am very busy. But I do like to watch the Fire and the Crew. Especially the Crew, they are bad but hey whatever floats your boat. I play highschool and club soccer and could not live with out soccer. Hopefully I will go on to college level. i love to hang out with friends and go shopping and do girlie things. I follow international futbol very closely. In particular Italian, Spanish, Argentina and brazilian Leagues. Plus the major European tournaments (Champions league & UEFA) I mention these leagues/tournaments because that is what I receive on the Satelite dish.

I wish I could say I follow the MLS. But the level of play from the MLS is not to my liking.

I am also involved in coaching futbol to young boys & girls.

In this moment my team is going through a bad situation but you must know that some years ago, Millonarios was the best team in Colombia, one of the best in South America and in the fifties it was considered THE BEST TEAM OF THE WORLD. In that team played great footballers like Di Stéfano, Néstor Rossi and Pedernera. I also want to say that Millonarios has been 13 times champion in Colombia, a still standing record.

Regarding to national teams, I support Colombia, then Argentina.

In this moments my interests are oriented to the Copa America that is going to be celebrated in my country this year. So, for this reason I will like to talk and exchange different points of view about this ancient tournament.
