Cech (and he will only get better with age) although he has the advantage of an amazing defense. I think goalies can be hard to judge sometimes. Even Peter Schmeichel on a crappy defensive team would not look as great.

Cech has a good defense. Thats a reason he conceeds few goals. (I dont mean to say he isnt good). Lehmann has a pathetic defense, still he does the saves.
I have to vote for Lehmann. He is a very good penalty stopper too. Man Utd fans will know that

Pepe Reina was outstanding in Spain and looks like he will continue that in England. Cech would be second, he's done outstandingly well so far.
Lehmann is a decent keeper, I can't see much that he has done wrong.

Riena had a shocker last night due to his defense(hyypia mainly) being was too slow and too slow to react to things nad too mnay mistakes (penaly)
his dive from the spotkick was great but the ball was too powerfall and went under him he read Lampard completley though..

I would say the best in the EPL is Given, he has easly the worst back 4 in the EPL with players like Bonsung, Bramble and Ramage and yet keeps them in many matches

Where is Shay Given??? Rep. Of Ireland international, without him Newcastle (my own team) would not be in the position to be in the UEFA cup next season. You put Brad Friedal in but not Given??? Please... he can't manage 1st team football for the USA let alone a Euorpean international.

you're forgetting the guy who was voted voted best gk in the premiership
this season: Shay Given.
He's been playng behind a rubbish defence for years but he rarely makes a mistake.
If he was playing for a more successful team he'd get more credit.

Van Der Sar without a doubt. Cech is pretty good but rarely has to make a save as no one even gets close to him

Cech isnt that good.Did you see him in czech republic. His true colors show in a defense like the czechs. But he is pretty good, of course him and van der sar have height advantages.Personally i think van der sar is the best one, because he comes through a lot of the times for MU.Especially with their shaky defense.
Yes I do agree Shay given is really good.Did you know hes the shortest goalkeeper in the EPL.
Another goalkeeper i found really good is Kelvin davis (or something like that). He is the Sunderland goalkeeper.
