...damn it Giorgio...:embarassed:...we're a bunch of perverts damn it...:dead:...110 kg???...Giorgio...ammounts of weigth arent crucial for muscle development...they can burn the white and red muscle fibers and you can get overtrained just like that...+ it's extremely unhealthy for the heart...dont waste that much energy just to make a repetitioon...life is lot more intense and you'll need the energy...:evil:...bodybuilding is like making a sculpture from the old masters like DA VINCI and MICHAELANGELO...you need that esthetic and greek god look...for which you'll need to isolate every muscle not just dance with the weights...when DAVINCI made a sculptures in the ST.PETER in VATICAN he worked with a hammer of 5o grams...not with a 50kg..cos if he did that then he would've killed someone...:lol:...the pro's work out with ridiculous ammounts of weights and people think that they're just huge but weak cos they dont train with huge weights...of course off season is another story but even then they dont go to their MAX or said in bodybuilding slang...Balls to the Walls...:evil:...but i must say that i doubt you're 110kg action cos im expirienced wight lifter and if you really did that then you must be taking dopping and sterroids....:sick:...::D...

Guys, I know from my previous picture I look like a lanky teenager, mainly because that is what I was, but since then I have been working out every other day for two years so there is no reason why I cannot lift 110 KG on the bench press. We are talking on a machine here, which is easier than free weights due to the leverage. I don't work out to look tough or anything like that, I do it because I need to do so to develop as a Rugby player...... :mmph:

Im happy Moratti is our owner and I wouldn't want anyone else to be in his place.Facchetti is the president now and has taken control of some of the things that Moratti was in charge of when he was the president but i still apreciate the input Moratti has in Inter.

Fenerium, Moratti is the owner of the club. Fenerbahche also has owner/s. Thats the on that posseses the most of the clubs shares, if the club has went public, or simply owns the club.

Those owners such as Moratti have the power to choose board of directors, financial managers, transfer managers etc.

Currently, Fachetti is Inters president. He used to play for Inter in the past. He was anounced by Moratti after the fans made preasure after the Milan CL Derby scandal.

I have mixed feelings about the elected president systems in clubs like Barca. It seems to get fans and such more involved, but then it risks putting an immediate pressure on the team to spend money to perform and maybe not allow the time necessary to build a proper infrastructure. Anyway, its an interesting debate, might make for a good research paper.

recently I turned out good ;) I keep myself cool-minded, so play tactically correct game and have good skills :smoking: but in our rules of pool you shall score the black ball to the pocket opposite to one where you score your last colorful ball. Basically, that makes the whole game more difficult and I am good in scoring black shit into wrong pockets or not scoring good chances because I get nervous... If I manage black ball well then I rarely lose, last time turned back a 7 to 1 deficit and won the game :ronaldo:

Actually Spanish, but I have a similliar interest in Italian, but don't want to learn both languages at the same time as it will be confusing.

I used to work in an Italian restaurant with some Italians, they always told me nice stories about Italy and teached me a few things ;)
