This season, Panathinaikos will use the Olympic stadium of Athens (or Spyros Louis stadium) as home. It is a chance for Panathinaikos to have a great season with the help of the fans.
The Olympic stadium
Capacity: 74,000 (seated)
Built: 1982 (latest renovation 2004)
Location: The Olympic stadium is located at Marousi (Northern suburb of Athens, 9 km. from the city center and 22 km. from the airport). It is part of the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens.
Access:
Via car: Drive from the city center heading north via Kifisias Avenue and simply follow the signs. If you are using Attica Road, use the exit 11 "Kifisias - Olympic Stadium".
Via bus: Use the A7 or the 550 from the city center. You need around 40 minutes (depending on the traffic) to get to the Olympic sports complex.
With subway:: Use line 1 and get off at "Irini" stop.

-Apostolos Nikolaidis stadium - Alexandras avenue (at gates 5 & 6)
-Irini subway station (entrance)
-Kymis avenue entrance
