Whats up? Great game today Im so looking forward to seeing Roma beat Lazio. Oh by the way my opinion was never that Batistuta was a gamble, I was just saying that many in the media felt that way. I love the man, and he was born in my country of birth!! But my name is really Matias, my Dad named me after a song he heard called "El viejo Matias" I love Batistuta he is great, I also am a huge fan of Redondo, Killy Gonzales and Veron among others. Are you from Argentina or at least born there? If so what region? I was born in Buenos Aires, but my parents soon moved to Misiones after a year. When I turned 8 my parents moved to Canada and I am still living here close to Toronto. I have been back to Argentina once but I prefer Canada because it is much easier to earn a living here. Redondo was not used in 1998 squad, because the coach Passarella at the time was very strict about hair ear rings and such. Redondo refused to cut his hair at first and Passarella saw him as a threat to the teams new disciplined look, also Redondo is good freinds with Maradona and Passarella and Maradona hate each other. Too bad really, because with Redondo I think we could have won the Cup! He is not on the squad yet because the new coach Bielsa is trying to keep the same squad that played 4 years ago together to develop a strong chemistry. However as 2002 approaches I expect him to at least be used in a few freindlies and slowly appear on the team , perhaps as a super sub. Anyways I think Argentina right now have a plethora of talent and are perhaps the best team in the world, ( and no Im not just saying that because I am Argentinian ) I think in 2002 Argentina will prove to the world they are the best team right now!! By the way do you like F1 racing, if so have you been to the circuit in your country? My favorite driver is Frentzen and Villeneuve. Take Care.

by the way i heard about it too that redondo refused to cut his hair no monder why batigol cut his hair during WC 98
i agreed argentina is the strongest force of the world i really admire their style of their play(samba) n' the colour of their jerseys(so beautiful)

To the circuit but I follow F1 closely. So what do you think Romas chances are of winning it all this year? Also do you think that Argentina have a valid chance of winning the next world cup?

but i like roma n' think that this season is their golden year n' if they don't win this season they'll be very hard to win it next season...
for WC:
england n' germany r no challenge to argentina.
the only challenge is brazil n' italy
the least argentina will be at third but they will win it alright:)

Do you think France has a chance as well as Italy and brazil? So who is your favorite player in Liverpool, they are my favorite club in England and I remember the great teams of the 1980,s fondly. What do you think of Heskey?

i don't want give any opinion on france cause i really really really hate them!!so i don't to give unlogical opinion.
surely the player i like most is owen cause he is so great not to say that he was able to score against argentina in WC98 so there must be some talent in this young man.yup i wish i would be born in the 80's to see their glory :(
i don't have any comment on heskey too(he was a average member of the reds).
i thought all people like man utd or chelsea like most people on this board do.
