Whats with the Asian teams in UEFA???

Has anyone noticed something wrong in the UEFA qualifiers?? Why are Armenia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Israel, Cyprus, and Azerbaijan all considered part of UEFA. They are simply filling up our groups and causing difficulties for good teams. Azerbaijan stopped Serbia from going to Euro 2004, Israel tying France in the qualifiers?? Why cant these nations play in their own confederation where there is already a LACK of competition. Garbage teams like KOREA and CHINA are making the world cup. If the ones from UEFA played there, they would rightfully have a better chance, and they are only making it harder for themselves. Is this not pissing anyone else off????

As I said in '02 u made it past Japan, Senegal and Korea by a difference of 1 goal. And FYI in ur latest meeting with Korea u lost 1-2. 2 Turkey does have land in Europe!

-the other ex-USSR teams and Turkey, well, they also should start to think about to go to the AFC, Turkey to show to all Asian teams that they are one of the best teams of the world, and the other teams to start to have more oportunities to pass to the WC.

-Israel is different, but many years have passed and still isn't there any kind of peace on Middle East, to Israel start to play with Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, etc etc etc, until that day come, Israel will have to stay in UEFA

Israel has been allowed to play in UEFA not due to historic reasons but due to security and political issues of them playing in AFC. Israel in fact was one of the founding members of the AFC and Macabi TelAviv has also won some early continental honors.

First of All, Ireland isnt part of the UK so how can they be "one damn nation"
Second of all, Scotland England Wales and Northern Ireland have always played as their own countries, they are part of the UK but have never shared the same association when it comes to football and quite right aswell.

Australlia is jus coming in next year. Iran, KSA and the other mid-eastern countries will not play against Israel so they'll get bye wins against them. Security will also be an issue.

Well as far as Turkey goes it is a European country, so it should compete in Europe. Turkey is geographically located in both Europe and Asia (just like Russia) and is politically closer to Europe. Turkey is a member of NATO. Turkish players who do not play in Turkey generally play for European teams. Not only that, but the level of play in Asia would be too weak, and eventually the Turkish NT would become a weaker team because of less-challenging opponents. Turkey is in UEFA to stay, and that is a good thing.
