2. Scrap or enhance reputation
3. Maybe add a new Soccer Experience Forum, for just stories of your game
4. Give warnings to those that are known spammers/trollers on the forums
5. A place on the site for things like Famous players, pictures of them, a few clips of them.
6. Offer specialized advatars for those that don't have them.

1.) Change the title of the website and add some pictures that actually relate to soccer(ex.FIFA website) because I've been to many different kinds of forums and their headlines are more animated.

2.)Be more sensitive about picking moderators, and just ignore people who demand to be mods, also make sure mods are more active like Becks, Nachi(great guy) and Highway Penguin.

3.)Delete forums that are extremely rarely used, but also make sure that some members don't get offended if these forums get deleted because I just read someone wants you to delete forums that are being constantly used but obviously they don't go there so they just assume.

4.)MY FAVOURITE: Can you please add a forum where live tv coolstreaming is available with optional channels, I'm sure Omar knows that I mean if you guys don't because almost every soccer forum out there has these.

5.)Take away those arcade games, especially if they are slowing SFN down because if SFN's page transitions would be a faster then this site would be close to perfection, if arcade has nothing to do with the speed then leave it, or at least leave the good games like spank the monkey. :D

6.)While deleting the old forums create a few new ones like the one I said before or some that would be more entertaining like the top 5 forums we have at the top of the forums website.

I can't think of anymore changes that would be necessary but for now this is what I think should be done.

How about a signature which doesn't extend the forum width, that would be the most adequate IMO, as you can see my signature is long but short. Its 454 * 84 pixels, so hopefully it can get accepted ;)

And as for the organisation of the forum, some forums are just not active enough, like the transfer rumours forum ... etc, maybe we could get rid of it, and moved all the posts to the relevant sections.

I think the most biggest problem we face are no lifers persistent on making a fool of themselves, they get ban, they register and spam again, the situation keeps repeating, is there a way of banning them indefinitely as we all know their ip address changes all the time. I hope this problem could be somehow solved though :mad2:

The forum is full of immature ppl, thats our main problem. How do we fix this? We find a way to attract members a little more mature, by making the forum look mature, by opening constructive threads, by keeping threads on-topic (I know im an expert and not doing that).

We will soon be implementing a new banning system, to make sure mebers dont get warned a million times.

My reason for the forum is because it is universally soccer related, by that I mean that it doesn't belong to one country or region. This will allow more diverse group to search and find SFN. Whether it is infact futsal, indoor, or regular old football/soccer.

The forum itself may not be the most active, but there will be posts to me made.

Anyways I don't know about you guys but I'm getting anxious waiting for the World Cup. I have an idea. Somewhere on the site we should get a thing that counts down to the World Cup. Every time a selection is made from a multiple choice poll, the thread title is displayed as if there is a new post. I find it very irritating when there's a bunch of threads shown as containing new posts and I click on them in expectation of a further contribution to a debate, only to find nothing new after all. Once or twice isn't so bad, but sometimes it's many.
I'm aware there is a feature where you can select new posts, but I don't want to look at a list of all new posts on every subject in every category trying to find the ones that may interest me.

One solution would be to reprogram (or whatever) so that a poll choice did not get recorded as a new post. But maybe there should be a thread only for Polls and Polls only to be posted there.
