Will playing with a small soccer ball help your dribbling and juggling skills? I heard that franz beckenbauer juggled a tennis ball for practice....

yea it's been proven to improve skill level, not a tennis ball, but a size 3 or 4 should do... you should know Ronaldo practiced with a small ball, it was proven by him. But I don't do it, I just practice with a regular ball, I don't need fancy stuff like 100 dollar shoes or 70 dollar jerseys, it's not about what you have.

In my opinion it does, it helps close control of the ball as it is more difficult to control, if you can control something the size of a tennis ball then controling a soccer ball will be much easier.
