It's been a while since I've played soccer, and my shots are completely horrible now. I definately need more strength. Does anyone know of good workouts taht can strengthen your 'kicking' muscles? It'd be very much appreciated. Thanks

Wait...Wait...Wait...You're a GIRL?
;)
Just kidding, I love women...All the time.
Saber... there are plenty of girls on these forums :p.
Anna - maybe you should work on getting technique down first and then work for strength. Good technique will put the ball in the net alot easier then just tons of power with no accuracy.

Thanks for the tip, I've gotten a few people to help me with tehnique, which is wierd...it's not something I thought I'd need to re-learn. Anyhow, the ball still isn't going anywhere.

I would agree with Saber, technique is the most importants thing but in relation to your question I would say rapid skipping, it is very good for agility, stamina and strength in the legs.

Well one of my coaches (of course from England) said that the power comes from your thighs and groin. (i think...) Oh, well. I do 50 crunches a day anyways! :D
EDIT - Ok, ok, I know that 50 isn't that much; but how many should I do? (i'm 12... if you don't ALREADY know)

When I have the willpower to do ab work (I get lazy sometimes :p), I do sets of 20. However, I usually do MANY different variations of ab exercises as to make sure I hit the 3 main groups - upper, lower, and oblique. You should do your lower abs first though as they're a harder group to develop. Try these ab workouts; http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/WaistWt.html. Just do whatever's comfortable to you. I usually aim at doing 2-3 sets of 20 for each seperate exercise.

50 is alright but don't do them all at once, do 20 sit-ups, then do 10 toe-touchers (from on your back) then do 20 more sit-ups.
