I have noticed that I play considerably worse on hot, sunny, and humid days than on cooler, windy, and cloudy days. Its not just fatigue, i find that i dont sprint as fast and cant concentrate as much in warmer weather. Should I just try to hydrate myself more than I already do or is there something else I can do to improve my play in warmer weather.

Hydrating yourself better would most likely help quite a bit. Keep focused on the task at hand...
Strangely enough, your hair could be a factor as well. I began to wear my hair up after playing in the heat, and sweat was dripping, the sun was beating down on my hair, and so many more things...

Yea I have problems playing in South Carolina in the summer, like just practicing, because of this...If you drink tons of water, instead of being that hot, you will just sweat more, and that will cool you down, but you better take like a sweat-rag or something because I POUR sweat when I'm out in the sun and have only drank water all day.

Also here in israel the heat is really something.
But you have to get use to it, otherwise i cant find another way ...
